Showed up on time, explained what he was doing, what he was checking and why. Explained maintenance that we can do to prevent anymore issues. Definitely went above and beyond to explain everything to us.

When I called the office, the gentlemen answering was quick to identify my problem, and gave me a 4 hour window in which the repair people would be at my house. He also took down my number so the service folks could give me a call 30 minutes prior to showing up to fix the door. The service team called and did show up within 30 minutes, and also they were there closer to the beginning of the 4 hour window, which really helped. When they did the repair they were excellent at explaining what they were doing, and frankly it only took them about 20 minutes to fix the door. The price was great and the service excellent! I would definitely recommend them to others.

Arrived on time. Assessed the problem quickly and fixed it within 30 minutes! Very friendly. We have an older door that required a hardware upgrade to get to code. Which worked out since that was the part that broke.

Went very well. They actually checked several extra things and replaced what was needed. They could have sold us a new door, but checked it out, replaced a few things. Saved us the replacement cost at this time.

I was very pleased with how quickly and easily I was able to get serviced! Service was even completed ahead of estimated time. I wondered, however, if the springs were recycled parts as there appeared to be red paint on the springs....maybe this in how they always are? I have used this company 3 times. I was so glad that the first time I hired them (after the other garage door spring broke and shot across the garage, hitting my car) that a recommendation was made to put safety cords through the springs. This is a safety precaution that apparently AA Garage Door Service always does. So glad to know that safety is AA's priority :) I would definitely use this company again!

I called AA Garage Door Service around 10:00pm expecting to leave a voicemail to have someone contact me about a broken garage door spring. To my surprise, the owner answered the phone - at 10:00 at night! He took my information and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. They arrived right on time, got right to work, and were done in half an hour. Excellent work, excellent communication, and no hassles or surprises. Plus, the charges were very reasonable. I definitely recommend AA Garage Door Service. Great job!

The technician was very professional. They weren't able to actually fix the door. They replaced the rollers which have helped with the problem. In the process they fouled up my lights on the garage door opener. He came out and disconnected part of the light sensors which didn't fix the problem completely but at lease eliminated the light staying on.

Really, really well. They were very prompt and corrected an out of the box issue I was having. Their fix completely corrected the problem. I will never use anyone else in the future.

Punctual, personable and patient. Their installer took the time to explain why existing problems were occurring and why the existing opener was not cost effective to repair. He then installed a new opener and explained how to maintain it the get maximum life out of it. When I created an alignment problem with the door opener six months later their phone person patiently walked me through solving the problem.

Had problems with garage door so ordered Angie's list deal for door servicing. When they came out stated it was a broken spring that would need to be replaced and offered to reinstall two standard springs verse the existing unique springs for the same price as replacing one unique spring. Conversion should save money next time the spring eventually breaks. They were nice enough to apply the Angie's deal to the conversion price.

After a disappointing experience with another service provider ( failed to appear or notify as agreed), we were pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of this provider. The technician also advised us on proper maintenance of the moving parts as well as what we doing correctly and not and that was appreciated.

20 minuteGuy was great, inspected it diagnosed it explained that the former employee was no longer there and properly repaired the door and told me no charge without any remorse whatsoever. Also I called that the door was stuck open and needed to go to work in a couple hours and they were there in 20 minutes.

The repair man was very friendly and informative. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the garage door fixed just as fast.

The door on one side was sticky and would go back up, once it touched the floor. The concrete may have shifted over the winter. It was fixed and the rollers greased. They solved the problem.

We had a great experience. We had received estimates from 4 "A" rated companies for an insulated, 2 inch thick garage door with steel on both sides. We also wanted windows. We chose AA Garage Door because of the price (ongoing Internet special) , their "A" rating and histogram. AA came out and gave us an estimate. Several weeks later, we called to order the garage door. They were very helpful on the phone, even signing on to their website to see exactly what we were looking at as we spoke on the phone. They handled the changes we wanted that differed from the estimate without a problem. Because we ordered a non-stock color, they had to order the door. It came in sooner than they projected. We received a call to schedule the installation, and given a window of time when they would arrive. Installation went well, and they left no trace of the work that had been done in the garage or driveway. Everything was perfect. They even re-hung the garage door opener, which had been 6 inches off center! Our new door looks great! I knew the new door would look better than the old one, but I didn't realize how much it would improve the whole look of our house.

Very good. They are pleasant, punctual, tolerant of our schedule, competent and explained things well. Our garage doors are working much smoother since they worked on them.

Garage door was making a lot of noise. AA came out and adjusted and lubricated everything. Checked the overall oepration and did not need to fix anything else or charge for more parts. Now everything is quiet and working well.

Sean was super. He was very friendly, comfortable having me watch him perform his service, and most important, happy to answer all my questions. In addition he is highly knowledgeable about garage doors. I was pleased I bought the Deal and have put his company sticker on the inside of my garage door.

They guy was good and he showed me how to do it as well.

It went well. The guy showed up right on time. He came in, I told him what the problem was besides getting the tune up and he said he knew what that was. He and his helper looked at it like for three minutes and my husband said that they oiled up a bunch of stuff and tightened down screws. The only thing was in the end, the guy gave us a bill and I said we already paid for it online through the big deal and we just gave him the coupon and that was it. He came out fairly quickly after I bought the big deal. They only thing was he was not particularly friendly, he wasn’t a chatty kind of person but he wasn’t rude or anything. The problem that we had didn’t require any additional service. He wasn’t able to figure out the problem initially but he did, it was a problem with the laser not catching the signal when we tried to get it to close but he fixed it in the second go. The pricing was great.

He was very nice. The problem wasn't really a problem. I just have a noisy opener and the older it gets the noisier it gets. He lubed some points around the frame for the door and explained to me how to maintain it. I appreciated the information.
