Excellent response time. The door opener was installed within 24 hours of purchase. Excellent communication and courteous installers. No hidden costs. Great quality opener. They even programmed the wireless entry and remotes. Job was complete in 20 minutes flat. I would highly recommend this company.

It worked out really well! He taught me how to fix it myself. Taught me how to use the WD40 to keep the track working properly. I really appreciated his help.

It was not good. He came to look at the door. I told him, "How much would it cost to fix it?" He goes, "Oh, you just need to replace the whole door." It ended up being like $2000. I said, "No" and then I called another company a few weeks later. They go, "You just need this." It was like $600 or $700. So there was a huge difference. All he really wanted to do was use Angie's List to kind of get more business. I didn't think he was very helpful. He would just replace the whole door and wasn't really interested in looking at any other alternatives. I would not recommend him.

I had the original garage door installers check out the damage and give me an estimate for repair. They suggested a lot of things. $890 worth of things that were indicative to the repair of the door, also some roller replacements that were not indicative. After hearing from friends and family that this sounded outrageous I turned to Angie's List. AA Garage Services was exactly what others on Angie's List have said...Amazing! They were here within 1 hour of my call (they offer same day service but I think I lucked out with that close of turnaround time!). The other company made me wait a day. Wish I would have called AA Garage Services in the first place and this would have been done yesterday! The technician was professional and understanding of my situation. He completed the work in 15-20 minutes! I'm not joking. It was impressive skillsmanship. Best part, my bill was $99. And my garage door is working beautifully again. Couldn't be happier with this company!

AA Garge Door was great to work with. I had originally called a different company who had said that they would send someone the same day, but then called me back in the early afternoon because they didn't think that they could get someone over that day. I called AA and they said that they would have someone here by 5 pm. They actually arrived and had the job completed within about an hour from when I had called. They were very punctual and worked quickly. Derik was also great about giving tips on maintenance things that I could do myself...where to lubricate and how frequently. AA also gave me an estimate over the phone, which the other company did not.

I have used this business twice in the last two years and the experience has been excellent both times: 1. We had a spring break on our garage door and noticed they had a "deal" so contacted and made arrangements. AA was out and replaced the torsion springs in two days for what I considered to be a very reasonable fee of $165. This included all the little extras and there was no "up charge" for anything. Service tech was engaging, professional, and had the job done in under an hour I believe. I would highly recommend. 2. Day before New Year's Eve, -9F, and 15 year old garage door opener logic board failed and wouldn't respond to my adjustment corrections. After 4 hours of wasting my time trying to get something lined up with one of the big box stores to purchase and install, I was nowhere near knowing when someone could come out for this install. One website said within 7 days, and store rep said installers were out 12 weeks. I did like one of their openers and had already purchased it. Called AA on New Years eve (after hours) close to 6 pm and had planned to leave a message when someone answered. Wow. No problem installing opener that wasn't theirs, just a $135 charge for installation. They sent two installers and were out the day after New Years day and had me up and running with the new opener within about 45 minutes. Installers were great and final finished project great. Thank you to AA, and I believe the owner's name is Dave. Whatever you are doing, keep it up. I will recommend you to anyone asking about anything relating to garage doors, openers, and the like. Look no further, just give them a call.

Excellent! They were out to give an estimate within a few hours of my phone call. Provided several options at different price points. Scheduled the install on the morning of Christmas Eve. Called to say they were on their way and arrived exactly on time. The installation was fast and they left the site clean. The bill came in exactly at what they estimated. They could not replace one of the door tracks because of some shelving, but they said it would be covered under their warranty whenever we decided to move the shelving and have the track replaced. Would definitely recommend their work and customer service.

My experience was exceptional. Dave was great to work with to set up my appointment and Tim did a great job installing my doors, complete with a thorough explanation of how everything worked before he left. Would highly recommend AA Garage Door Service!

On 10.30.14 Tim took off our old broken door (very old garage) and put our Menards door & motor that we had already bought. He also put on an electric door opener which we'd never had before. Because we didn't know to buy weather stripping he came back on 11.3.14 with some weather stripping and had it on in 15 minutes. Total charge $404. Tim / AA Garage Door Company is very friendly, professional, and Tim knows exactly what he's doing. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Tim! You made my life soooo much easier.

The whole process - removing the old garage door, installing the new one and programming the remotes and keyless entry took several hours. The installer was very efficient, and the installation went smoothly. He made sure we understood the operation of the door and the keyless entry system (ie, setting the security code, not blocking or bumping the safety system) Our old garage door was a manual one, and the new door is a big improvement!

They were very professional. They did a good job and cleaned up after the work was completed.

It was great. They technician was on time, professional, and showed me how to do it myself, as well as things to look out for to maintain my garage door. They performed the service on a Saturday, which I appreciated a lot.

I called AA Garage Door to discuss putting on new weather stripping, they gave me a quote over the phone, and were able to come out the next day. Shawn was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, completed the job quickly, and answered all my questions.

I don't remember, I'm doing this review so I don't have to see the stupid pop-up from Angie's List every time I login. The spring got fixed and I didn't get killed trying to do it myself.

It went very well. Shawn arrived within the arranged time. He was very quick about installing the door even though I had an old tip up door that he had to remove. He was very personable and capable. I love my new garage door. It looks great and runs so much better than the old door.

For the last few weeks I had believed my Car Garage Door opener was slowly dying. It would not allow my wife and I to use the remote opener unless their was about a 5 minute delay. We had to run into the garage and manually hit the garage door button every time we wanted to go somewhere. After calling a few places and everyone telling us we needed a new opener, I finally gave AA Garage Door a call. One call into the Eagan office and within 5 minutes the nice gentleman had diagnosed and fixed my problem over the phone. It turned out that after we recently updated our garage bulb into an led eco-bulb, that the bulb was creating a delayed frequency that did not allow the remotes to work until it turned off after 5 minutes. I changed the bulb back to a normal one and my garage opener is working perfect again. Thank you AA Garage Door.

On Friday, 7/4, a spring on my garage door broke, and the door opener could not open the garage door. I have used AA Garage Door in the past, and called them Saturday morning. I was able to make an appointment for service on Monday afternoon, 7/7. Shawn arrived early Monday afternoon and replaced the spring, adjusted the opener, and lubricated the rollers and hinges. He was very professional and courteous. The total bill was $199.00, which I felt was very reasonable.

It went pretty well and we would call them again if we needed a tune up.

Service by AA was very good. A very professional young man came out to give the estimate. Once I decided on their services, they quickly scheduled my job. The installers arrived right on time and did a great job with the installation. They removed the 30+ year old door and opener and installed a new door and opener. Everything worked perfectly. I did had to leave before they finished. When I came back later everything was perfectly cleaned up. Hopefully, I don't need another garage door anytime soon, but if I need service, I would definately call them for service or recommend them to others. Pricing was also very good. I received three estimates and also checked prices at Home Depot and Lowes. Their price was about a $100 less than Home Depot (same brand of doors).

It was good. They came on time. They put new rollers in and everything went great. They checked everything out. The price was fair. I was satisfied with the work. There was just one person who came out and there were no additional fees.

The estimate was quick. When Mark came to do the work, it was very quick. Mark was very nice and professional.

Work went very smoothly and efficiently. Repair was scheduled on Friday and done on Monday.

It was outstanding, really feel stupid for waiting so long. We had put off fixing the doors from cost estimates and companies wanting to just replace the doors. We heard AA Garage Door were professional and really good. I called expecting a service date a week out but instead they stated they had someone in the area and could be over in the next hour to two hours. 45 minutes later they arrived and 30 minutes or so after that they were done! They were very professional, let me know what they were doing, and gave me an estimate within minutes. I would highly recommend them, outstanding service.

I called for service on Wednesday requesting repair of a garage door spring which broke two days before (I had called my "regular" garage door company but he didn't call back after he said he would). AA advised me they could be here the next morning between 8 and 12. They quoted me the price of $159 in advance......I like that. The repair person was here at 8 am the next day. And gone in about 30 minutes. He knows what he's doing. I am very satisfied with his work and will use AA Garage Door Service again.

They quickly determined what the problem was and then were just as quick to replace the parts. They were here and go in 20 minutes. We've had no problems since their repair.
