There have been a handful of contractors who went above and beyond our expectations, and Perry's was one of them. If you're looking for a professional floor installer that: finishes on time, on budget, responsive to follow up afterward, and superb quality work, Perry's is the company to hire. It was refreshing to have a contractor start and finish on the timeline provided, completely responsive throughout the work, and end up with gorgeously hardwood floors. If you are looking to install new floors, this is the company you want to hire. Their pricing was competitive, but in the future, I'd pay more to use them again, as I know it would be a hassle free process. They also added a beautiful finish to the floor in front of our gas fireplace, which added that special extra touch to how it all looked in the end.

Patrick and his crew did an excellent job. Although this was an extremely busy time of year for them, they managed to finish within the deadline. (They worked on Sunday to do that.) We gave Patrick a key to our house so that they could perform the work while we were out of town; that worked out fine.

Removed old kitchen cabinets & discovered light wood underneath, but the rest of the kitchen & first floor had a dark stain. Called three hardwood flooring companies to see if they could feather in those areas to match the rest of house so we would not have to sand/stain the entire first floor and move out for days to get it done. Only Perry’s said they could do what we requested. Perry & Patrick came up with a plan that was more efficient and less costly than a complete first floor resanding that the competition said would be our only option. Plus, we were so glad that we did not have to move out of the house for days. They promptly answered my calls & always showed up when they said they would. Thank you Patrick, Perry & crew.

I was greatly impressed by the work done by Perry's Hardwood. After getting a quote they started the job the next week compared to the month or two later that other companies could get in. On top of starting the job quickly they were able to complete the job ahead of schedule. Through out the whole experience they were very professional and easy to work with. I will definitely be using Perry's next time.

This was by far the best, most exceptional service I have ever contracted for. Pat was professional, approachable, and extremely flexible and accommodating with my schedule, especially as I was not living in the home and we had potential buyers coming through all the time. The stress of selling a home can be overwhelming when everything goes well, but when you're dealing with unexpected developments, the stress can be unmanageable. Pat and his team allowed me to manage the situation and move forward! I've dealt with many contractors throughout remodeling and renovating. Not one can be compared to Pat. The price was exceptional for the work they preformed. They even went above and beyond with cleaning up all floors of the house (even the basement!) after the work was done. Other than the beautiful floor, I couldn't tell they had been through. After so many contractor horror stories, I finally have a success!

Patrick and his crew did an excellent job. They removed the existing layers of floor in the kitchen, and installed a new wood floor. Since the rest of our house already had wood floors, he had to match them and blend the old/new floor together. The floor look fabulous. They always started and finished on-time, and did a great job of keeping the dust out of the rest of our house. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. We could not be happier! The price was also very reasonable.

Wonderful job!!! Very pleased!!! We were moving into our new house in 10 days and our floor installers cancelled on us, due to some unfortunate circumstances. I called Patrick and he said he could help us out. They did a gorgeous job! Matt was very precise with all his cuts and flooring arrangement. I just bought a new house and needed the hardwood floors refinished within a small window of time. Immediately after callin Patrick at Perry’s Hardwood Floor Service, he provided an estimate and scheduled service. He also went way above and beyond! Not only did he find a way to get the job done during the July 4th holiday week, but his his crew of professionals found a way to fix the squeaks in my hardwood floors. Moreover, the lighter color and sheen was exactly what I asked for, with 3 coats of finish, and they even found a way to get behind the old water heaters. I didn’t think they could get it done in such a short time frame, but they found a way. I was completely satisfied with the outcome, and would highly recommend Perry’s Hardwood Floor Service to anyone with high expectations. It was well worth the money!

Patrick & his crew were awesome! He was very communicative throughout the process of refinishing. The work was done quickly and our main level floor now glows and looks amazing. We would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to refinish.

Patrick and his crew were on time and easy to work with. They didn't shy away from the job like the 4 other companies I called (who didn't want to touch the gunk stuck to the hardwood even after professional test results revealed it to be asbestos-free). I was worried my cat would sneak into the kitchen and Patrick took the time and care to ensure the room was properly blocked off at all times so my little fuzzball couldn't get in.

From the first quote appointment to the final clean up I was very impressed with Patrick and his crew. We knew it would be a messy job to remove the tile and arranged for the entire project to be done while we were on vacation in California. Patrick did an amazing job of controlling the dust by hanging plastic and covering vents, etc. Dust does still get around, of course, (when you have to jackhammer out tile), but it was surprisingly well contained. He even came himself and cleaned up afterwards when the cleaning crew bailed! Patrick kept me updated with messages and photos throughout the entire process which was great since I wasn't home to see the progress first hand. I purchased the flooring material from another supplier, but Patrick was able to get unfinished vents and stain them to match the flooring. When we had a small issue with the transition areas he was communicative and came out to fix it up neatly. He took care of all of the waste disposal and removing and replacing all of the baseboards, toilet and sink and the doors that had to be removed for access. I am very happy with my floors and definitely recommend Perry's. Note about photos: I will upload more pictures once the painter has finished and the furniture is back in place.

Patrick and his crew worked on a project for a nightclub we opened, and they were not only professionals in the quality of their work, but also in their ability to meet difficult timelines and needs. They worked long hours with smiles on their faces. We laid down a gaulent of a project for them, and they took it in stride. I would hire them again tomorrow if I needed to!

It went great! We thought they would have to Remove the entire floor, but they came in and removed the damaged water soaked flooring. Dried out the area fixed part of our subfloor, and installed identical new flooring sanded it and stained it to match the existing floors. They did such a great job you can't even tell what part they fixed. Its absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Perry's Hardwood with a five star rating to anyone I know. The crew was friendly neat on time careful of my belongings and home. They cleaned up after themselves. They really seemed to care about my home as much as I do and that meant a great deal to us. Thanks for the beautiful work!

Perry's crew was amazing, Patrick, I believe is Perry's son met with me, gave me a great price and although they were very busy squeezed me in to their schedule to get my project completed in time for a family event I was hosting. Couldn't be happier!!! Will be using Perry's again in the future

Patrick and his crew were very professional. They told us what to expect and the time it would take They were correct on all accts. They also left with everything cleaned up every day.I would hire him and his crew again. We like our floors so much that we are thinking of doing our bar area in the lower level with the same floor.

Above and beyond in workmanship and service, you can tell they have many years working in an industry they must love and enjoy to be in. You could tell from the environment they created while working in my home.
