Patrick and Chelsea did an amazing job matching our existing flooring and trim downstairs while adding beautiful flooring to our upstairs. The price was very fair and the work quality and ethic were above and beyond.This was the second time our family has used 3rd gen and we would gladly use them again!

Perry's Hardwood refinished hardwood floors in 5 room, a hallway and steps. We are very happy with the results and process. Patrick and his team were on-time, clean, communicated promptly and clearly, gave us options and samples, helped move furniture, kept dust and nicks to molding to a minimum. Very satisfied. We recently renovated our entire first floor. Perry’s Harwood floor did all the hardwood flooring throughout the entire first level. Their craftsmanship and eye to detail was impeccable. We were worried about the mess that would be made but out of all the sub contractors they were the neatest. Highly recommend for any wood flooring project.

Absolutely excellent I saw their sign in the window at the Hulme Store on Grand Avenue and I liked how the floors looked - they are very hardworking and respectful - gave great advice on stain color - Walnut! I am a real estate agent and will definitely recommend to my clients!

We are extremely pleased with our refinished floors. Patrick and Leland were great to work with and they did an excellent job. I particularly liked their HEPA-vac - almost no dust at all!! They took care to cover and protect our cabinets, etc. Patrick was always prompt in returning calls and scheduled meetings, etc. No problems there whatsoever. I will definitely hire again!

Perry was one of the more expensive quotes for our job, but not the highest. We researched five providers so we felt comfortable selecting his service. We wanted the water-based finish and he didn't charge extra for it. Our floor was Brazilian Cherry. We wanted the very dark finish removed and replaced with a natural finish. The process took only two and a half days. We elected to stay in our house the night after the finish was sanded off - that was our mistake. The fumes were very bad. When we checked on the work in progress the next day, as promised, the fumes from the water-based finish were minimal and the floor looked absolutely gorgeous. We did stay at a hotel that night and by noon the next day three coats had been applied. Since there were hardly any fumes and this finish dries very fast we were able to return home that night. I was so happy with the overall look, it took me a day or so to notice that there was a puddle of finish next to our kitchen island, and my husband noticed that the island had been pushed off center. We called Perry to ask that this be corrected. It took three weeks for them to get back to do the correction, but when they did, everything looks great.

Excellent! Patrick and his team are true professionals. Had hardwood floors from the early 1900s. They were discolored and badly faded. After the work was completed they looked amazing. The whole process was seamless. Communication was excellent and prices were very reasonable. Would 100% hire Perrys again!
