Description of Work: Very professional and knowledgeable. Identified the underlying problem with our furnace blower motor which was a much less inexpensive repair than replacing the entire blower motor, which was the solution quoted by another company. Saved us $1400 by finding and fixing the real issue instead of full replacement!

Description of Work: I have used this company to clean my ducts, clothes dryer vent & furnace for several years. The only issue I had was one of my vents was damaged from the hose tip. I noticed it after they left. I hesitate using them again because I've seen other companies advertising lower prices which include fiber-optic inspection of ducts before and after service. I will be looking into getting one of those companies service me next time. I have been thankful for the periodic phone calls reminding me the its time to get the cleaning done. The woman who calls is very nice and not pushy at all. I appreciate that.
