Did a good job cleaning and checking the air conditioner

This job was easy to schedule and was completed promptly and professionally.

Furnace Doctors set up an appointment the day after my AC quit working. The repair person who came out to repair my AC was professional, punctual, friendly, and informative. He found out what was wrong with my AC and even had the part in his truck, he had my AC working quickly. All my questions were answered. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

Great! Very fast (came out the day I called and replaced the furnace the following morning. They provided us with space heaters overnight).

They must not have liked the Angie's list deal.. They called back and declined to do the job. So much for a good deal Angie's list

Service provider was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He provided a very quick service and made sure our furnace is in tip-top condition. I will hire them annually to come back and tune-up our furnace and any other HVAC needs. Thanks Furnace Doctor!

I called at 4 PM on Tuesday after I purchased the deal. My call was answered and told they could have someone here at 8 AM the next day. I was informed by phone by the Technician was on his way at 7:30 AM. He came and was both friendly and trusted as he was upfront on what I determined were all valued concerns and not some upsell. He gave me direction for ongoing maintenance as well as possible issues I may have in the future. Again, no pressure to spend more money. I did have some additional work done based on the recommendations and since then my air conditioner is work less and saving me money. I will use Wicks again if I have a problem and they retain the reasonable pricing.

AAA Wicks came out to fix a faulty older Air Conditioner that wasn't running as it should. First of all, AAA Wicks was able to come out when other companies were too busy. Then, Ron (service guy) went above and beyond to diagnose the actual problem and find the cause of the problem (which wasn't typical) and kept trying different things until he truly figured out the problem. I was blown away by the level of service and care AAA Wicks (Ron) demonstrated. I'd highly recommend them!!

The two AAA Wicks installers--Matt and Ron--arrived right on time and went to work. They were very careful with protecting the work area, surrounding carpets and flooring, etc. Because I had requested a lot of new sheet metal work, new humidifier, and other various vent modifications, these guys were going to be busy! Almost a full day's work, but received new more efficient American Standard Gold furnace, AS Gold humidifier (with plumbed water feed), Honeywell digital thermostat, new reconstructed furnace plenum stack and fittings, and complete new vent runs for both furnace and water heater. A very nice custom look! Everything operates perfect.

Wayne Anderson was very profession and responsive. Their bid came in very fair compared to a few other's I had obtained. I was moving into a new town home and he made sure my timeline was followed and completed so I could move in on time. I have no issues with this company. I am very glad I used them and will continue to use them for all my heating & plumbing needs in the future. They were great!

I appreciated the owner's prompt follow-up on pricing questions and willingness to work with us to resolve.

I called and said my main drain line was plugged. It had backed up into my basement and soaked the place. I got a bid of 359 for a fix, and a promise that they'd call back with a time. They called back in less than 30 minutes and said they were on their way. An hour after my call, their man was working on the problem. He found it to be a smaller blockage than I'd guessed, and took the price down to 189. He showed me all kinds of things that will help me know how to diagnose and/or solve the problem in the future, should it recur. Of course he could have just billed me for the other project, no way I could have known. That's integrity. I'd recommend these folks for any project. My plumber was Brian, a smart, courteous pro, who took extra effort to make sure I understood every part of the problem and its solution. Also, this was a Saturday call. No extra charge for that.

Matt was on time and very nice. He quickly made the repair and even stayed a few minutes extra to speak with the home warranty company. He wore plastic covers on his shoes to protect our carpet and cleaned up the area, leaving nothing behind. We will continue to use AAA Wicks for all our plumbing needs.

They were absolutely excellent. I couldn't give them better recommendation. They were so respectful of my bird and a lot of people don't get that. I thought they were just wonderful. I couldn't say anything better about them. It was $9 a vent. When they left, you'd never know that they have been in the house. I thought the pricing was fair. There was nothing bad I could say about them. They've been here before. I think they're exemplary.

It worked out fine. They could have reduced the price a little for cleaning the dryer. I didn't get the dryer cleaned, they wanted too much.

They did a pretty good job. The price is what I was expecting to pay. I would tell other Angie's List members to go with them.
