The work they did went well. But, we'll not be hiring them again because they refused to do the limited work we wanted them to do. We wanted them to only clean the fireplace flu but they won't do just that. They come in and do the job and do it quickly and in a friendly manner. It took several calls to schedule it.

Professional, knowledgeable, able to answer questions and give advice. Time spent was seemed appropriate, did not seem rushed, Very satisfied, will use in the future.

Everything was fixed and 2-3 months later still no leaks!

Easy to set up appointment. showed up on time on a wintery day. Installed water softener as requested. Had purchased an angies deal for two hours of service, went considerably over that and the hourly price was more than I would have expected, my fault for not looking into that.

AAA Wicks has always done a wonderful job in the past with heating and duct cleaning for us. Today, we tried out their plumbing service for the first time. Karl was fabulous! He was very friendly and thorough. I was impressed by his professionalism and care he took to fix our toilet and kitchen sprayer. Karl first fixed the toilet by replacing the mechanics inside the tank and hose outside the tank. After, he attended to the issue with the kitchen sprayer. Before leaving he went back to check the toilet once more to be sure that connections were snug with no leaks. This impressed me so much. I highly recommend Karl for plumbing needs. I felt the price was very fair and the job was complete in a very timely manner. We will definitely request Karl for any other plumbing jobs we may have in the future. Thanks Karl! Great! Very nice - great job

The plumber assigned to me (Karl) called just before showing up, showed up on time and completed the work easily in the two hour window they estimated. He was extremely professional, answered other questions and took the time to look at two other questions I had (that didn't need service at this time). My water heater is up/running; so far so good. With my purchase I get a six year warranty and the option to extend to twelve years (can elect later). And when I called them with my questions, they reminded me that they extend a 10% discount to Angie's List subscribers which was great to file away for future issues. I would absolutely call them again for any plumbing needs.

I think they showed up on time. They were friendly, did their job, and then they left. It was a pretty easy transaction. The work they did turned out fine. We have not had any problems with the chimney. Our interaction with them was fine. Their professionalism was good.

It was great. They were very thorough. I had no complaints. They did a very thorough job on the dryer vent, more than anyone else had ever done. They were very professional and came in with the proper equipment, did their job, cleaned up after themselves and left. So it was easy to have them in. We know that it is important to clean our vents every couple of years thoroughly and we did it just as part of a routine maintenance of our home. The price was fair for the services that they provided. It was a price that we would have expected. It was an average price. They were excellent in the quality of their work.

I had a good experience. They are affordable. They were quick. They came when they said they were going to come and they were on time. It’s still going good.

The one thing I didn't like is that I had already discussed prior to them coming that I didn't want the disinfecting stuff for the air and the day that they came out, my husband was here and I was out of the house and they asked him and he didn't know and he couldn't get a hold of me but they ended up doing it. The whole purpose was to kind of set it up but to me I felt like they kind of try to snuck it in, take advantage of the fact that he was home and at the last minute try to get more money out. They called and they said they were coming and I think they were running a little late. They should have known if I made the arrangements what they were coming here to do.

I've had them for several years in a row. They are great. They really do a good job and they tell me things that I might need or that I don't need. I am grateful for that. They don't push. The last time it was the same guy.

It went well, the plumber ran into a few issues , but he was able to resolve them quickly.

I had been experiencing a nasty smell which I determined was coming from my return air ducts in lower level. I was pretty sure it was some little dead critter and I was right. It took almost 1.5 hours for this wonderful company to rid me of the problem but they wer successful. They are professional and experienced. I would hire them again and will call them when my routine furnace work is due. I had expected to only have the ducts and dryer vent cleaned but elected to have the flue cleaned as it was overdue. And the sanitization seemed like a good idea. So my bill did climb from $189 to $400. My experience was very positive starting with their quick response to my request for a bid and their punctuality.

Technician was friendly, quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work on the repair. Our A/C was back up and running that afternoon. We did have an issue requiring a return trip, which was scheduled quickly and performed at no additional charge. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again, great company.
