Description of Work: I had them come out and clean the ducts in my house. They also cleaned the dryer duct. As part of cleaning the ducts, they had to access the furnace where they noticed it was very rusty and advised having it inspected. I did end up having to have the furnace replaced, as they suspected. I am thankful they caught that as it could have been dangerous for my family. I would definitely recommend this company. They have been very helpful to me and do a great job.

Description of Work: We called Wicks Heating and Air conditioning about 10:00 on a Saturday morning as they had serviced our furnace previously in February. Our furnace is 15 years old. They had it up and running within an hour and the bill wasn't excessive, either. Would highly recommend their company for service, especially emergency service calls when no one else would come out, like last February. We were well pleased.

Description of Work: We would like to correct a previous rating we made, the rating made at your request, a couple of days ago. This company, AAA Wicks, is not the company that did not return our call for service. It was acutally another furnace company with the name starting with "AAA" that did not return our call for service. AAA Wicks, although we did not end up being able to use them, was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. All of this happened 5-6 months ago, and with similar company names, it was an honest mistake. We are sorry for this error and request that it be corrected. Thank You
