Description of Work: Home warranty tried to wiggle out of replacing a bad 20+ year old water heater, electing instead to pay to "repair" an un-repairable unit. Wicks was called as the service provider. They took the $400+ the warranty company offered towards repair cost and installed a brand new unit which still cost me right at $500 out of pocket. I felt that was a bit high, since at the end of the day it cost between $900 and $1000 to simply replace the water heater. Took the tech about an hour to an hour and a half.

Description of Work: I took the big deal for $49.00 for plumbing service call plus $25.00 credit for necessary repair. Plumbers came out - checked out problem and said they could not handle the problem and gave me a telephone number for the Spa Squad. They said when water goes above jets in spa tub the jet leaks water. They said they do not handle that type of problem.
