This was an incredibly professional experience. Craig diagnosed the problem of the leak in kitchen with us ahead of time and came with appropriate parts. He provided options for us to lower the costs. He also worked with us to allow delivery time for faucets we had ordered. Craig worked quickly and efficiently all while doing exacting work. We have not found this true with other plumbers. During the time he was here, he answered questions and was very personable. We highly recommend him.

Called ahead to say they were running early and asked if that would be convenient for me. It was, so they showed up early at the time we agreed to. Work was done very efficiently which was reflected in the bill. Very satisfied with price, workmanshio and professionalism.

Paladin referred me to SOS who referred me back to Paladin after putting a temp piece of PVC in place so we could use our kitchen sink/dishwasher again. Essentially, there was a clog I couldn't remove and in the process of removing the sewer snake, we found out the hard way that the main pipe leading to the basement from the kitchen was no longer threaded when the PVC just fell off the pipe after some minor jostling from the sewer snake. Anyway, after SOS came out, I had Paladin come out to fix the problem for good. The plumber called promptly at 2pm and said he was running behind and would be at my house around 3pm. He arrived closer to 4pm, still technically in the 2-4pm window, but clearly not 3pm which was somewhat annoying as I had to leave work to be home to let the plumber in and I would have just left work later had I known it'd be 4pm. Not a big deal, really - I'm guessing he was backed up with jobs happening prior. Anyway, upon arrival, he got to work and had the whole thing fixed in under an hour. Now the piping under my sink looks so immaculate I almost want to show it off when people come to visit, but that'd just be too weird. Anyway, as others have mentioned, Paladin was great and I'd go with them again.

They were fantastic! They are wonderful, quick, know what they are doing and do the job very, very well. Everything that we have asked them to do, they have done it perfectly at a very fair charge. We have called them twice and we will hire them again! We are so happy that we have found our plumber!

They came out to do a free estimate and were very curteous over the phone and showed up on time, but throughout the project review, he was negative about the project and I never received an estimate from him or heard from him again. We went with another company, and so far we are having a good experience.

We set up the work on a Friday and he was able to come on Wednesday. Jerry was prompt and courteous. His over the phone estimate on the time to complete the job was right on, he actually finished 30 minutes faster than he expected. I would ustilize Paladin Plumbing again in a heart beat. His prices are reasonable and he was very efficient!

They have great responsiveness to any questions we have. They are thorough when they come out to do a job. It is a great company to work with. Everything has been fabulous with them. We would highly recommend them. They were absolutely exceptional to work with. They have been right out anytime we've had any issues with our house. They have never charged us for anything that should not have been happening if it should have lasted longer than it did. They have totally taken responsibility of it and not charged us for it. The guy came and did what he needed to do with the kitchen drain and was on his way. He was courteous and he came out right away as soon as we called about it. We would use them again and we recommend them to everybody.

After trying to find a company who would install just a backup sump pump without adding a whole new system, I was pleased to find this company. Gave me a quote over the phone and they were fair and reasonable.

The technician showed up on time, was courteous and was able to fix the issue. The project ended up being a little more than the estimate, but was very close.

Professinal and prompt! They were able to squeeze us in the same day, even though it was not an emergency job. We already had the necessary parts since the faucet was under warranty but after having a local handyman try (and fail) to fix the issue, we called Paladin. It took them less than an hour to repair both faucets. Cost seemed a bit high but since we have never had to use a plumber before, it may just be the going rate.Would definitley recommend and use again.

Very responsive. Quick to provide quote and arrange to have work done. Everything was done promptly and the crew was courteous and did a beautiful job removing our old water heater and installing a new, high efficiency model. I appreciated their help if selecting the right unit for our needs, and to help us get the most efficient model available that could work with our existing plumbing.

They did installed a 40 gallon tank so that was a good deal. They were good. Overall, I would rate their services as "A". I would be using their services again in the future.

I discovered my old water heater leaking last night and left a non-emergency voice mail and e-mail after business hours. Jerry, the owner, contacted me first thing in the morning. By 11am that same day, Paladin Plumbing installed a new electric water heater and hauled away the old unit. The price was very fair and competetive. I have also used the company in the past, and have always found them to be easy to work with, highly responsive and fairly priced.

Their response was quicker than I expected. The problems were assessed rapidly and repaired without much delay.

It went very well. Our old water heater went out, so we had them come to see if they could fix it. It wasn't worth the cost to fix an old water heater, so we said decided to replace it instead. My husband really wanted a tankless, but the plumber said they just weren't there yet technology-wise for our climate and were too expensive (and really, I agreed because I had done a bit of research on them). He could've convinced us otherwise but told the truth instead, so we got a good water heater for a third of the price. It was installed the next day with no problems.

Excellent. Came on time, very professional, explained what they were doing, easy to talk too, worked quickly and quietly, left a neat and clean workspace (which included making a small neat hole in the basement ceiling--no mess). These guys were very very good. First on my list if I need plumbing.

Craig was back within a couple of days after he had picked up the appropriate circulating pump, and, as described, installed a whole bunch of stuff. He charged me exactly as quoted, and told me to call if any problems. My son, who uses the bathroom that is about 2 miles away from the water heater now reports that he has "almost instant" hot water and that the cold water is actually colder than luke-warm. The garbage disposal had been leaking for some time but had gott worse. I was able to schedule the appointment for the repair that same week. The garbage disposal was replaced and the new one was installed. The price was slightly less than the quote and the garbage disposal works great and no leaking.

Called on a Tuesday regarding replacement of water heater along with fixing a leaky shower. Craig came out Thursday with a helper to replace water heater. Told my wife that leaky shower was normal because of the large spray head. Shower still leaked, she called Craig back, he returned later in the day. Replaced the knob and cartridge in the shower assembly. Shower now turns completely off.

A person who was working on my fridge from another company left me a message that a valve was leaking in my basement and spraying water all over and that my main water turn off levers were not working. I called Paladin Plumbing and they were out immediately. The plumber fixed the lever that was leaking, fixed the fridge leak and gave me advice on my main turn off levers. This was all done within under 1/2 hour. If I could give them an A+, I would.

I am waiting for them to send the bill so I am not too sure about the price. They didn’t give me an estimate but it was based on time and material. They were excellent.
