I called Paladin Plumbing and a service appointment was made for later in the week. The plumber was punctual and efficient. He repaired the broken sink stoppers and replaced the leaking hose bib. Everything now works properly. A bill was sent a few days after the service call. I questioned why I didn't receive the 5% senior discount. The secretary said she wasn't aware that there was a senior discount, but would speak with the owner of the company. The next day she called and apologized, said it was her mistake and sent another bill with the 5% discount.

Very well. Pipes had to be frozen to replace valves, since main shut-off valve at street was inoperable.

Found out we had a leak from a bathroom vanity sink. Looked like a failed joint. Was able to get a return call a couple hours later (with apologies because staff shortage lengthened wait times) and an appointment within a week that fit our schedule. Problem was diagnosed and fixed within 45 minutes, including a couple trots out to the truck for parts.

The workers were very good to work with. They were very good at verifying everything was done correctly. They cleaned up after themselves.

They are so wonderful We had a pipe burst off hours and though the folks were good, I missed Paladin. They go an extra mile, never make me feel like an idiot, and are truly helpful in explaining what is going on with whatever repair we are having done.

I've used them quite a bit. My son has used them in his house. I used them in my mother's house before we sold her house.

They did great work for a good price. The problems happened after the work was done and I was having some very loud gurgling noise from my kitchen sink. Took numerous phone calls to get someone out and when he came he was quite rude, asking me what I thought the problem was and what I thought should be done about it. I said I had no idea about either and that he was the plumber and I wanted him to tell me. Turns out it is probably some problem in my pipes not associated with them so I am guessing he was irritated he came out for a problem that wasn't about them. I am not sure but it took a good feeling about them and their work and turned it sour.

The service was excellent. They did fine- they came did their business and left. Everything was clean and neat and it didn't take him long at all. For price, he took off some because of the Angie's List. He did a nice job and he was efficient and fast. They talked to me very quickly and professionally.

The plumber arrived on time, was very professional, not only completed the work quickly, but gave me some tips on keeping the system working well. Very well done!

It went great. Very prompt early in fact. Came in with the parts in hand. Fixed it and left. Will use again.

I awoke to find that our water heater had rusted through and given up the ghost after 17+ years of service. I immediately called Paladin who had done great work for us before. They called right back and discussed options. Within minutes I had a quote from Mr. Olson and an explanation of charges. Our water heater was a tad more expensive than the average due to power venting. Mr. Olson was quick to put someone on the job. Brandon called and showed up at 10:30, even faster than estimated. He did a terrific job of being careful about removing the old water heater so as not to damage the house in anyway. He did a great install in a tough location. By 12:30 we were back in business with hot water!! Thanks so much for the prompt and professional service!

They came promptly to replace our old and failing 20 year old 40 gallon water heater with a new one of the same capacity. I was so excited to take a shower once the new water heater was installed. However, I noticed that the hot water was not lasting as long as it had with our old water heater! :( I called Paladin and they came out the next day to take a look. It was explained to me that perhaps the reason we were able to have such long lasting hot water with our old water heater was due to a build-up of mineral deposits in the old pipes leading out of the water heater. New pipes were installed with the new water heater and now there was unrestricted flow. The best option explained was to install a mixing valve for a slight extra charge. It was explained that the mixing valve mixes hot and cold water together as it comes out of the water heater, essentially increasing the "capacity" of the water heater by 10-20 gallons. A few days later the owner of the company came out and installed the mixing valve. I was SO HAPPY with the results! No problem with the longevity of the hot water...couldn't be happier! Thanks! :)

Always prompt and courteous. They also installed a water heater and they always do a good job. Always come right on time.

Installtion was completed quickly, The installer cleaned up after installation and removed old water heater. After 2 hours we noticed that we still didn't have and hot water and called paladin back and they sent the installer back out the same day and found the problem right away and fixed it.

They were late on the first day, which set back the rest of the project. But, as soon as I called Jerry, he immediately started calling to remedy the situation. Other than the tardiness on the first day, they did a professional job and when one of the joint failed after install, I called Jerry again and he sent a man out the same day to repair the joint. Despite the two setbacks, I appreciated Jerry's professional manner and ability to correct the situation as soon as possible. I would use them again because of this.

Very responsive, provided same day service during a time of heavy rain and likely many calls for plumbing services due to water in basement, etc. I felt that no job was too little to be considered, very professional and answered my questions. I would highly recommend them and would use again for my plumbing needs.

My hot water heater is approximately 30 years old and was not working. I called Paladin with the intention of replacing it because of the age. Since it was not leaking, they suggested I call a repairman to ensure it couldn't just be fixed. Based on the age, the repairman would not look at it and told me to replace it. I called Paladin again and they said they would come out and look at it to verify it needed replaced. After inspection, they determined the problem was not the water heater, but that my gas had been turned off by the gas company to replace my gas meter and a note had been left at a side door I don't use. I greatly appreciated that Paladin did not try to just replace the water heater, but made every effort to make sure it needed replaced so I could get the full life out of it.

I have used Paladin several times in the past - they have done two water heaters (two houses) for me as well as helped me finalize a punch list when we were selling a house. I highly recommend them - incredibly responsive, highly professional, competitively priced. The entire experience is fantastic and the quality of the work is first rate.

I can always get a hold of someone at Paladin Plumbing. Craig is very responsive and professional. I'm not sure how their prices compare to other plumbers but I wouldn't use anyone else.

My sump pump has to be replaced. Got estimate and got it done next day. They also worked with City Engineer to get permit for permanent solution of diverting sump pump water to sewage as outside pipe freezes. Prompt and professional service.

We came home from vacation in Mexico to leaky pipes caused by the extreme cold temperatures this winter. Craig Johnson, VP and owner, was excellent in assessing the damage and repairing the pipes. He also helped us come up with the best options for preventing future problems.

First of all, the cost might only have been $200. Paladin is by far the best plumbing company I have worked with. They are economical, professional, communicate very well, and do a fantastic job. Maple Grove has very granular water, and my house was built with smaller diameter copper pipe in the main line after the city meter. I have had several pin hole leaks. In addition to repairing the leaking section, the plumber gave me a quote to replace my copper pipe with thicker diameter pipe. This quote was significantly less than I was quoted by another plumbing company a few years ago - the presumed cost was the main reason I did not have it done in the interim. I now plan on getting this done in the very near future and hopefully eliminating pin hole leaks forever. I would strongly recommend Paladin. They do only work weekdays, so be prepared for that.
