Craig, one of the owners, was punctual. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly assessed the kitchen drain leak and got right down to work. I appreciated his efficiency and responsiveness to the problem. He even gave the Angie's list discount up front, without waiting to hear me mention it first. I would use Paladin Plumbing again.

Both times went great! Craig was on time and worked quickly. he explained everything to me, which is appreciated and helpful. Both issues seemed fairly significant. The first issue, our outside water facet was leaking into the basement. He replaced the copper piping to the outside shut off valve, replaced the valve itself and replaced the outside spigot. He was speedy and the workmanship was high-quality. The second issue was our kitchen faucet. The faucet is attached to the wall or backsplash (rather than the sink or counter) and it was leaking from behind the backsplash. He was able to replace the worn pipe WITHOUT having to open the wall, which was KEY. Again, he was in and out and left the kitchen clean. Highly recommended. I have already recommended them to my friends.

They did a great job of answering all of our initial questions and were very good at replacing the water heater. They even helped us figure out our water softener and it is working great.

They went out their way in helping me out when the heater broke down on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning, and by 4:00 they had located the equipment, and installed it. The fact they were able to locate the wholesaler to open up and supply the equipment on short notice is a testament to their service to their customers. i would highly recommend Paladin!!

They are always very responsive, pleasant, prompt, and thorough. They are accomodating and don't make you wait weeks to come out. They are my go-to company for anything plumbing related.

As usual, Paladin Plumbing did a fantastic job. We purchased an older home and we have used Paladin 4 times in about 18 months. As always, they did a great job at a great price. They even hauled away the old toilet as part of the service. I very highly recommend them. They will always get our business.

Excellent service. The water heater had been delivered with a dent from the factory and he felt that it could cause us future problems. He called us and we had a replacement delivered that afternoon. He went to have lunch and did all the work the same day! Honest and reliable. Can't remember the exact cost but it was very reasonable and exactly what was quoted. I would use them again.

The gentleman called first and was very courteous on the phone. Once he arrived, he assessed the situation quickly and had everything he needed to replace the sump pump.

The service went well. They had to replace a dripping valve as well. They followed up when I told them the valve was dripping and they didn't charge for it. Overall it was a good experience.

It went great! The team performed the work over the course of 5 days and within the estimate provided. The crew came across a few surprises during the removal of the iron pipes (old copper supply run to 2nd floor that wasn't properly soldered; shutoff valves on two radiators that came apart during demolition), but they notified me quickly and resolved the issues without any major delays. After the new plumbing was installed, they returned to check the operation of the hot water heat and tightened a few connections to stop a few leaks. The faucets work better (bigger supply pipes) and the hot water heat works better since the work was completed. I high recommend them!

A very good experience overall. They were responsive and efficient. Did a nice job with the work. He also gave me a referral for some other work I needed done! I will use them again in the future.

Overall, I'd judge this a first-rate experience, from the first call to the clean-up. I called Paladin mainly because of their high rating on Angie's List, and also because of their northwest location convenient to our home. I found the folks at Paladin to be knowledgeable, helpful, and good listeners. They helped with the cost-of-use analysis and made it easy for me to apply for the rebate that my gas company offers for installing energy-efficient water heaters. The installer, Travis, did excellent work. He was personable, arrived on time, was mindful of floors and walls, and cleaned up after the installation. He also noticed a broken part on the water line to the humidifier (attached to the hot water line above the water heater) and replaced it without additional charge.

Wonderfull, Pladin arrived on time. Removed the old water heater installed the new one. Clean every thing up and where done in about 2 hours time.

We found them on Angie’s List. They did a very nice job. They were late, but they called and said they were going to be 20 minutes late. They did well and cleaned up after themselves. It cost more than we thought it would but plumbing is always so expensive. We asked them questions; we had a problem with our drinking water, we have a reverse osmosis, under-the-sink drinking water system that was leaking. We asked their opinion on that so he talked to us about it. We have no complaints. They did quality work and explained what they were doing or did.

Very happy and satisfied with work.

I contacted Paladin Plumbing on Monday, had quotes Tuesday morning and a new water heater Wednesday. So easy to get a bid from Jerry right away. Travis did a great job removing the old and installing the new water heater. He was very professional and polite. Billing came in a timely manner via email and was easy to understand. I would definitely use Paladin again and will recommend them to others.

Our water heater started leaking so we needed a replacement. Paladin had the heater wanted at a fair price and they did a pro job on the install. They were the only company that offered to put an estimate in writing and email it. Tending to details like that impresses me. We are very happy.

They did the job just fine and I was satisfied with their work. The technician that came was on time and worked quickly to get the job done.

We had a pressure issue with hot water only. We had called two companies who did not call back within two days so we went to Angies list and found Paladin Plumbing LLC. They were some dstance away but had good reviews. Craig Johnson, an owner, was at our home within hours of our call. He shared that this could be caused by several things and asked if he could take a little time to research answers. After a few phone calls and time on the internet, he suggested he might have the answer to the problem but wasn't 100% sure. He offered us several alternatives. We went with the one that appeared the easiest fix with the understanding it might not work. Luck has it that it did work. We appreciated his honesty and his willingness to talk us through the possible solutions and what each would cost.

Work was completed as expected.

Had a leaky cold-water tap in one of our showers. Had previous good initial experience with Paladin so hired them again for the job. I was able to get them for my preferred date/time with only a week's lead time, which I liked. Job was done well and efficiently, and plumber also re-caulked the only/missing silicone on the top-front edge of the tub. Minor demerits for 1) not having a part (Kohler cartridge) on hand despite my recommending they have one, based on previous experience with the hot-water tap right next to it (plumber had to spend extra time to get the part) and 2) having a high-threshold for a coupon discount.

This was an incredibly professional experience. Craig diagnosed the problem of the leak in kitchen with us ahead of time and came with appropriate parts. He provided options for us to lower the costs. He also worked with us to allow delivery time for faucets we had ordered. Craig worked quickly and efficiently all while doing exacting work. We have not found this true with other plumbers. During the time he was here, he answered questions and was very personable. We highly recommend him.
