All contacts with Jerry or Craig have been a pleasure. Quick bid, all work done as promised and in a a quality manner. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues. Prices were fair and some extra things were included.

We first met Craig with Paladin Plumbing when we called them out to fix / update the plumbing in several areas of our 1950's house. These projects included removing an old sink, replacing shower valves, fixing a ruptured well room pipe, and replacing an old outside hose bib. All of these items were quickly and professionally handled the day they came out, and Craig was very clear with both pricing and the scope of the work when we did the walkthrough. His pricing is highly competitive, and the repairs all worked out well. Following the first visit, Craig has been out to do work a few other times over the last few months. He was able to fix a leak on a 50's vintage sink after a lot of searching for the right part, and he was incredibly responsive when a frozen pipe ruptered over the winter inside a wall. I've used dozens of other plumbing companies over the years with hit-and-miss results? It is great to have found a reliable, friendly, and professional plumber that knows our house, and Craig has shown that he will go the extra mile to meet our wants & needs. I highly recommend Paladin Plumbing!

I should have been more proactive about this. One leak in the tub faucet was fixed, but not the problem of it leaking while the shower was running. I mentioned this to the person who fixed it, but he didn't offer to stay and fix this issue. They left a huge mess of some metallic substance that stained the tub and toilet permanently. I should have complained at the time, but needed to get to work and just let it go. My fault. Now the tub is leaking again.

We are EXTREMELY happy with the services and work provided by Jerry and his crew. They were professional, on-time, and were very careful not to make a mess :) Overall very pleased with work completed. I will defiantly be using this company again.

Denise in the office was very helpful in giving us a rough estimate. She also gave us info on where to look for a new faucet. She was very easy to work with and to scheduled the work. On the day the work was done two employees of Paladin Plumbing arrived at our home right on time. They were very polite and professional. The young man got right to work on the gas line while the young lady started working on the kitchen faucet. Both jobs were completed in an hour and they were on their way. We had just had our hardwood floors refinished and they were very careful not to damage the new finish. The cost came in a little less than we expected. We would definitely use Paladin Plumbing for future work.

They did exactly what they were supposed to do and took care of the problem.

The Paladin plumber was right on time, finished the job quickly, and had the office make a note to call us in the spring to replace the outside faucet (it was frozen solid, so he couldn't replace it that day). We will definitely call them again in the future.

I called and left a message and received a quick response. They came out within a couple days. Craig was able to diagnose and fix a leak in my shower plumbing very quickly. He also found the source of a leak in my water softener and gave me a solution to that issue. I was very happy with the service and would use them again. He also gave me a referral for some other work that I wanted to get done.

Nothing went, slow response with no detail on availability, when to call back, etc. Must not have wanted our business.

It went very well and we have used them before. He also gave me the name of a wholesaler so I could pick the one out that I wanted.

Not only was their price the best of all our estimates, they were punctual, cleaned up after themselves an were professional on every level. The new boiler works well and we are very satisfied. The only bummer is that they charge extra for using a charge card.

The scheduler and owner were very flexible with our schedules. When we called to push the date due to conflicts in our schedule, they were very accommodating. The morning of the scheduled visit we received a call that the job scheduled before us had some delays and the plumber would likely arrive on the late side of the 12 -2 window. Getting the call early was very beneficial to plan our day appropriately. The plumber arrived very close to the 2:00 window and went right to work. After removing a section of sheet rock in the basement, the issue still was not apparent. Further discovery uncovered the cause of the leak which was a shower drain separation. As this was not an emergency due to multiple showers in the household, we worked out a plan for remodel and repair involving Paladin for the plumbing aspects at a future date. This was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to having them back for the plumbing repairs in the near future.

They are very straightforward and honest. As plumbers go, they are competitive in their pricing. I continue to use them because they do a very good job. They will tell you if something will not work and can recommend what to do that will.

I have used these guys in my home, at my rental properties, and in my businesses - probably 10+ times in the last 2 years. I wish there was an A+ rating because each time they earn it. Most of the times I've needed them it has been on short notice and they always make it a priority to help me out. And most importantly they get the concept of the lifetime value of a customer and demonstrate it by only recommending what needs to be done, doing the job properly, and pricing fairly. I'm so glad to have found them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great plumber.

They called ahead to inform me that they could arrive early, and the work was completed in less than 1 hour.

I called Paladin on a Friday, and asked if they could install a new water heater right away. They scheduled the installation for the next morning (on a Saturday) to accommodate my schedule. Did a great job and cleaned everything promptly.

He had to cut out the fold pipe and replace it and a new faucet. He was done in less than an hour and everything works fine.

I was pleased with the efficiency and communication of the service. Only the first two leaks could be fixed in the initial trip; a part had to be ordered for the third item, so a return trip was required. Communication about the status of the part was proactive and timely. the work was completed in the second trip, which was charged as a continuation of the first visit - very fair. I would use this company again, and have already referred a friend to them.

Called to make an appt. Got one within 2 days of calling. Initial call was to just replace a leaking 40 gal. water heater (one that I just bought and was only 5 yrs. old from another company). After the quote they gave me just to replace the water heater (high eff. water heater) it included a rebate of $70 because of it being high eff., also a discount for Angie List customers. I also asked them if they could replace a food disposal and a kitchen sink faucet. Jeremy showed up on time, looked at the water heater and started right away with his work. Took all of about 2 hrs. for everything to be done. Would hire again in a New York minute.

Paladin was one of the few companies that seemed willing to install a system in a new construction home. Craig came and installed the system in about an hour. He was very nice, showing all the details of how the system worked. He made sure that we knew we could call him back anytime if we had any questions about the system. He even applied a 5% Angie's List discount without being prompted when we mentioned we found him on the website. I would definitely recommend this company!
