Extremely satisfied with Craig's work. Craig was there when he said he would be there and worked with us to fit in with the other contractors who were involved.

We discovered water in our basement at about 9:30 at night. We have a 1930s house with old pipes. The water was spraying from a hole in the pipe near the ceiling and was coming out at consistent rate. We called Craig Johnson at Paladin that evening and he was able to come to our house the following morning. He arrived a few minutes early and replaced the pipe quickly and efficiently. Craig is professional and honest; we have used him before to install a new water softener and faucet and will definitely call him again.

When I called Craig, he had a busy schedule with two other jobs, but agreed to give me a call a couple hours later. He called me a couple hours later and was able to come and check it out. He was over on time and it took him few seconds to know what the problem was. We had a loose screw which was causing water to leak whenever we turned on the faucet. It only took him a few seconds to tight it. The minimum charge should be $125 but it's was such a small job that Craig only charged me $50. He also gave me the estimate for the sump pump replacement ( it's still working). I will call Paladin for any of my plumbing need.

I found Craig through obviously doing my search on Angie's List. I gave him a call and he said he could come out to take a look and give me an estimate. He was open to coming over Saturday morning so thats what he did (he was on time too). After talking with him about our issues he suggested a couple of options. We decided to go with replacing our toilets as the cost would not be much more than the repairs and the low flow toilets made today are a lot better than they were 10 years ago. Additionally, I said I had a few other small fixes for him since he will be on site anyway. He said he could do each one of these for $25-$50 which I thought was a good deal. At that point we scheduled a day the following week he could come out. On the day of installation he was on time again and quickly started to work. By early afternoon everything was done and it looked great (not to mention everything worked). I will most definitely have Craig over to do future projects for me.

Everything went great! Got Craig's name from Angie's List and he came out to a house we had just purchased to give a quote on a few things we knew we wanted repaired. He always showed up when expected and was easy to work with. Initially had him replace a shower and add a water softener. We were happy with the work so I had him come back to deal with our sump pump and other odds and ends. His prices were really reasonable and he didn't nickel and dime things. He gave flat quotes based on the job and always stuck to it. He always responded quickly to any emails and questions we had. For example, we had decided to upgrade our sump pump system and I emailed him some questions. He stated there were several different options that needed explaining and offered to come out the next day and talk to us about them. Very professional and always felt we were getting what we paid for. He did forget to give us the Angie's List discount on the first job (and we forgot to ask at that time), but when noticed he offered to send us the refund (it wasn't much) or do some other things we had wanted to get done for free. We feel the jobs he did for free were worth more than what he owed us. Very happy with everything he did.

Arrived on time, install was quick and easy, everything was clean when he left.

I called Craig and he had a busy schedule and was leaving on vacation. He was nice enough to fit me in before he left. He told me he would call at 9:00am the next morning and let me know when he could fit me in. He called exactly at 9:00am and then said he could come out sometime that day between 1:30-3:00pm. He then asked if he could he call me at 1:00pm to give me a more exact time. He called exactly at 1:00pm and said he would be at my house at 3:00pm. He showed up on time and, because it wasn't a big job, only charged me $50 instead of the automatic $75 fee. I would definitely hire him again.

This is the second job Craig has done for us. Each time he has done a great job. He came out this time to fix up our laundry room. The tub was removed and everything was replaced. He left the area very clean. He fixed up a batch of the piping so it is more solid and done correctly. He even noticed that our washing machine house wasn't the best so he replaced it with a braided house free of charge. He moved the water heater out of the way into the area that part of the old sink took up. Finally, he couldn't move the brine tank that day because it was too full but he followed up with us over the next 6 weeks until the tank was low enough. He then came back and moved it for us without an additional charge. We really appreciate his flexibility, professional work, and his follow through. Thanks again for a great job Craig. We're going to have him back to replace outside faucets and put in hot/cold faucets. He's the person we will continue to call for all of our plumbing needs.

He was great! He was nice, courteous, friendly and showed up to perform the work EXACTLY when he said he would! He removed his shoes at the front door, didn't leave a mess. He was efficient and effective. Out of the plumbers we received estimates from, his was both reasonable & was in writing. Ultimately, he charged $50 less than his original estimate. I honestly felt I got more than my money's worth. Not that I wish for my pipes to burst, but I would know who to call if they did. He's a best practice plumber, I would recommend him to everyone who needs a plumber!

He did more than he quoted for, but did not charge extra. The work was of good quality, and he cleaned up after himself.

I was VERY impressed. As with most plumbing projects, there were some additional problems of which I was unaware (due to the age of the original plumbing) which Craig discovered and fixed at no additional charge. He arrived on time, did a superior job at a very fair price and was very pleasant and professional. I feel like I have found a real gem! I will call him for any jobs I have in the future and will recommend him highly to anyone who will listen!

We were having a new washer and dryer delivered Saturday morning. When we disconnected the old washer on Friday night, we discovered that the hot water valve didn't work. I called Craig about 9am on Saturday. He said that his minimum fee is $125, but the job sounded really easy so he'd replace both the hot and cold valves for that price. He said he could do it at 1pm. He called about 12:20 and asked if he could come early. That was fine with me since the water was running continuously. He had both valves fixed in less than 30 minutes and took off $10 for Angie's List, so the cost was actually $115.00. He also recommended that we buy braided stainless steel hoses for the washer because they would last longer and be less likely to burst.

Craig is the best. He is very prompt and professional. He answered my call right away, made arrangements around my work schedule to come over to take a look. He explained that because there are 3 bathrooms connected to the discharge pipe that was leaking he wasn't able to give me a quote until he opened up the ceiling and found the source of the leak. We agreed on a day for him to come back to do the work and as soon as he opened the ceiling he saw the crack and was able to quote a price at that time. He did have to make another trip for a new fitting, but his original quote did not change.

Craig came over to do the estimate and returned 4 days later after I pleaded that the work needed to be done ASAP. He came over when he said he would and did exactly the work I asked at exactly the rate he quoted!!

Craig was very responsive and accommodating. He came to our house promptly at a time that was convenient to us. He explained in detail all options available to us and very honestly explained the pros and cons of each of them and the pricing. He came to our house on a Saturday, promptly at the time our appointment had been set, and installed our new sump pump and an alarm. He tested the pump and checked to make sure there was no clogging. Craig was very professional and we would highly recommend him and his company.

Job 1- From the start, they were very professional and friendly. I had many questions about most of the process and they were so helpful and informative. It was very easy to trust them with the project as they were so confidant and professional about all aspects of the project. They came highly recommended to me and I was thoroughly thrilled with the results. Job 2- It went great! Paladin Plumbing did another great job for me. They were, again, very professional and prompt. There was no mess after the job and they were very courteous and nice to work with.
