On Saturday I found a leak in my water heater. Monday morning, I called Paladin, they were at my house 45m later, and replaced the water heater the next day. Fantastic service!

There was no project. I waited for a quote which was NEVER provided.

I found a Paladin business card I had picked up at the state fair and found them on Angie's too. I called Paladin on Monday and spoke to Jerry Olson. He was very helpful and weighed options with me. I got some other bids and recommendations and settled on the Vertex water heater so I could compare apples to apples. Paladin was very competitive on price. I chose Paladin, primarily based on price and Angie's profile, on Tuesday. They scheduled the work for first thing Thursday. Craig installed the water heater and was on time, efficient, clean and finished in about 3-4 hours. Paladin also handled the city inspection during the installation. I will recommend Paladin to the next person who needs a plumber, especially work related to water heaters.

Our existing gas water heater developed a leak and needed replacing. I was interested in replacing with a tankless water heater that I could use as a back up for a solar system in the future. Paladin was very helpful in finding an appropriate water heater for our needs and had no problems getting it hooked up. We had to wait 4 days for the heater to be installed as their schedule was full, however, the wait was worth it for the excellent service. He was also able to provide me information regarding tax rebates for this type of water heater.

They did a great job with minimal damage to the walls, excellent work.

Terrific! They accommodated my schedule by arriving at 6:30am. Craig was very professional and worked quickly. He explained the costs before starting the work. He had to go out to purchase a part but the cost was very reasonable and he did not charge me for the time it took to get the part. I will call them again without hesitation and will recommend them to everyone I know!

I checked out several services, each of whom gave me a quote over the phone. I settled on Paladin, because Jerry's quote was fixed. He emailed a quote, including the Angie's List discount. Brian came on time. He installed the new water heater. We discussed several ways to route the sump pump pipe to the outside, agreeing on a path that was a bit more difficult, but made the most aesthetic sense. Brian also cleaned up and tightened a water leak close to the meter. He answered all my questions and gave me a lesson on how to re-light the pilot should it go out. The place was spotless when he left.

Joe came out and was very polite and meticulous -putting tarps down, etc. I liked the way this company worked and that you can get someone on the phone when you call. We recommended them to neighbors that need to get the same meter installed.

They came on time and worked hard all day to get everything done. This was a challanging job because when the water heater and furnace were installed(by the home builder) they were jammed into a space to small for both. Exstracting the old water heater necessitated moving plumbing and gas pipes and tearing it out from a 2x4 mess. They cleaned up and everything works great

We recently had our basement finished, complete with wood floors. Our original sump pump was almost 15 years old. Considering the dollars invested in our basement project and the age of the sump pump, we thought it would be expedient to have the pump examined and maybe replaced. I checked Angie's List for plumbers with reports on sump pump work, and eventually e-mailed Angie's List for some recommendations in this area. Paladin was one of three highly rated companies. I called and spoke with Jerry at Paladin, and after discussing my concerns, scheduled a visit and inspection. The representative showed up on time, inspected and tested the old sump and found it to be in good condition. He agreed that I should have some kind of back up system. The choices ranged from a very basic power back up to quite complex redundant systems priced considerably more than I wanted to spend. He explained all my options, but said that for my needs, a battery backup sump pump with an alarm would do the job. We scheduled a date and time for the installation that fit our schedule. On that day, he called about an hour prior to the appointment to see if it would be convenient to come early, as his previous job didn't take as long as planned. No problem. He spent close to 3 hours installing the system, including some electrical wiring we hadn't forseen, plus he replaced a leaky builder quality water shut off valve with a much better new one. He left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. He was prompt, on time, very professional and thorough. He could have talked me into a more expensive system, but gave me what I needed. I was charged exactly the estimate, even though the electrical was more complicated than expected. Quality work, honesty and a fair price. A great company with good technicians. What's not to like?

I had 2 leaks in the pipes in the ceiling of my garage. They were responsive in setting up the time to come out (same day). Easily identified the problem and repaired the pipes. They also offered suggestions for drying out the celing which isn't easy to do in the middle of winter. I would use them again.

It worked, so everything turned out okay.

I called and spoke to Jerry about midday to get a rough estimate over the phone and to schedule a time. Jerry told me he thought they could do the work that day later in the afternoon, so I agreed to meet Craig at my house at 2:30 so he could perform the work. Craig was about 15 minutes late but since they were squeezing me in that day I wasn't worried about it, once there he replaced the valve inside while I took the siding off the exterior of my house, found a split and thinking that was the only one Craig repaired it, then we tested the water there was another leak further down the wall so I pulled off more siding found the next split and fixed that one. Again we tested and then found yet a third split which Craig repaired and put on th new hose spigot and everything works great now! Also while working inside on the valve which is in my furnace room he bumped and broke the light switch coverplate when his toolbelt hit it by accident which I didn't see - Craig was forthcoming with what happened and took $10 off my bill for a $0.45 coverplate, I don't know of too many other companies that would have done that let when a homeowner didn't see it happen! Paladin is a great company in my experience and I'll definately use them again when I have other plumbing needs!

I called after I found the name, Paladin Plumbing, on Angies List and because it was reasonably close. I talked with Jerry and he told me Craig Johnson would call me and set up a time. He did and arrived early! He finished the pipe plumbing and left with a check for his work, he estimate was his bill. I called back in a few hours because the leak continued to flow. He, Craig, said he would be back within the hour. He was and the water heater was determined to be the fault. A plan of action was determined a price was quoted, a bit high, but it all could take place the next morning. I agreed and the next day Craig arrived on time and the water heater arrived early. The heater was installed and all was cleaned up and I felt it was a good job well done. Later the same afternoon I looked at the new heater only to see the water leaking again. I called, left a message, got a call back from Jerry and also from Craig. He arrived within the hour and told me that it was very unusual to have a new water heater leaking, I agreed but the water on the floor told a different story. A call was made to the manufacture and we needed to wait for an hour to see if it was really a leak. Craig said he would call with the hour and he did. It was still leaking and a new water heater arrived the next morning with Todd doing the great installation job. They all did a great job and I would recommend this firm to anyone!

They were really punctual and really professional. They did a fantastic job. They actually came over after hours because that was the only time we were available. They were willing to work with us on their schedule and are flexible. They cleaned up well after themselves. The problem was not fully fixed the first time, so they came back first thing in the morning the next day and took care of it. They did not charge us that time, which I think was great service.

Joe was right on time. He recommended installing a drain valve to replace drain plug for irrigation system. He was courtious and a very fast worker. Only thing I might suggest is that they carry more parts on the truck. Joe had to make a special trip to the shop to get the drain valve's and garbage disposal.

I've been trying to find a reputable and trustworthy plumber for quite awhile and have been disappointed in the past with most of them. I was very pleased after using Palladin Plumbing. Craig was very nice to deal with. He was punctual, very pleasant to talk to, and was very informative in answering all of my questions. I was experiencing problems with my tap water (it was coming out rather brown) and instead of telling me "just don't drink it!" (as another plumber had said) he showed me where my water pipes were and assured me that the discoloration was not coming from my copper pipes but probably from something the City was doing (e.g. flushing the system). Also, instead of telling me that my outside water spigot would have to be completely replaced (as I was told by another plumber), he located and installed a replacement handle instead. He did a great job and I will certainly use this company again!

The battery backup on our sump pump was going into alarm so we called Paladin to come out. They arrived Friday morning - right on time at AM and checked it out. They said that the alarm was because our current sump pump was having a hard time keeping up and suggesting installing a double sump pump with an alarm. We definitely agreed as we have a finished basement and do not want water problems. They came right on time at 11 am on Saturday morning and were finished in 2 hours. We definitely appreciated that they were on time both times they came to our house and were able to accommodate our busy schedule (around our work times).

I also had them come back to replace water faucet and some pipes in the upstairs tub and the water flow on the toilet. Again, they informed me along the was of any changes they might recommend in the original plan, did what they set out to do and did an excellent job.

He didn't fix the problem, but he was great and he didn't charge me. He thought he could fix the problem, but he couldn't. He was great. He was respectful and answered my questions. I thought it was great that he didn't charge me.

The previous unit had been installed incorrectly by another company, such that the 4 events involved (main pump active; alarm to alert that battery-powered backup is coming on; backup pump active; and alarm to alert that the backup pump was not working) occurred in the wrong order. The Paladin tech demonstrated that the equipment worked, and in the right order.

I called and spoke with Jerry to set up an appointment. He said they could be there that day! I wasn't prepared for such a quick response, so I made an appointment for two days later. Craig called the day of saying he was running EARLY, and worked around my schedule to get to my house. He was timely, considerate, and friendly. He assessed the work quickly and was done in less than an hour. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Jerry was very acommadating of my schedule coming over on a weekend morning. He arrived five minutes before the appointment and allowed me to show him the trouble spots and the piping in the basement. After a short period he concluded that it was only a $20 Home Depot fix and clearly spelled out what I should get and how to do it. He also offered to send over a crew member to do the work which would have cost $160.

Jerry was very friendly and informative; he made me feel comfortable in an area I know little about. The serviceman was professional, efficient and answered all our questions.
