Problem appears to be fixed - unfortunately the wall had to be opened up to be fixed and it was on the third 'hole' the problem was found but it was just bad luck. Service was punctual and effective - price was good - was flexible for getting keys to the property.

Jerry responded to my request for a bid immediately via phone. He told me what product he would recommend to replace our broken water heater and was able to schedule someone for the next morning. He gave me an Angie's List discount on the price of the work. He was incredibly responsive and came out to the site to check the work. Todd, the plumber that actually did the install was very polite and professional. He communicated well with me and was very patient with the fact that I was at home with two young children all morning while he was working. He explained everything he was doing, worked rapidly, and kept the work area extremely clean. I would definitely work with them again!

I called Paladin, because of a previous excellent experience. It is a family owned, no subs, business. Even though it wasn't an emergency, they sent a plumber out the same day. He replaced the old valve with a high quality product. He left the work site cleaner than it was to begin with and gave me an Angie's list discount. These guys are pros, act promptly, do excellent work at a fair price and don't jerk you around with trying to sell you more than you need (see my previous report). They are my plumbers for life!

When I first called Jerry, I was having a problem with my garbage disposal. He just adjusted something on the bottom. He didn't even charge me for that visit because he was in the area. I was then having problems again. He came over again. Before he came over he asked if I was looking into getting a new one. He checked it out first, made sure I needed a new one, then replaced it. Shortly thereafter I had him come and take care of the shower. I have a Grohe shower and he had to special order a part. It took quite a while for the part to come in, they were very apologetic about that, even though it wasn't their fault. They came in and repaired it and it hasn't been a problem since.

The plumber arrived within 90 minutes of our desperate call for help. The backup pump was running but the water in the tiles was begin to overwhelm the system. The new pump was installed in 30 minutes. He also tweaked the installation of the backup to make it work better. This is the third time we've used Paladin and will keep using them

He showed up on a Saturday to look at it. He tried to get it working, but it wouldn't work. He said that they don't normally service that brand of softener. He didn't charge me. He was very pleasant and helpful.

They did a great job. The plumbers arrived on-time, completed the work in the time they said, cost was equal to the estimate, and they were happy to do a little extra work (which I paid for) when they came. I worked with Jerry, the owner, to estimate and schedule over email, which was extremely efficient and convenient for me. I am very happy with the work, and they cleaned up when they were done. I'll use them again!

Paladin gave us a quote for two types of water heaters, one comparable to the existing 70-gal water heater we had and the Vertex 90% efficient model. We chose the Vertex for the energy efficiency and because with the tax rebate, the prices were similar and several hundred dollars less that another quote we'd gotten. The work was scheduled and completed within a week. We were very pleased with the process, and they even returned the next day to help us with relighting the fireplace pilots which had gone out when the gas was turned off. We'll definitely call Paladin again for a plumbing need!

After looking on AL for reliable contractors, I called Paladin, Jerry came out and quickly supplied a bid. He patiently answered all my questions and I gave him the go ahead on the project. He and his crew were very professional. The new heating system works better than I had hoped for. No noisy furnace starting up in the middle of the night... no more dry air from a forced air furnace. What a improvement in quality of life!

Excellent. Very friendly when I met up with them before the job - punctual for those meeting. The job got done while I was away on vacation - just gave them a key. So they did the rest on their own schedule.

It went very well. They communicated regularly through email and phone calls. The job was done quickly (but we had to wait a while for the city inspector at the end). Joe was the plumber on the job and he was very professional and easy to work with. The owner stopped by several times to check in. I had three bids on the project and theirs was the lowest (with the Angie's List discount they offered). I would definitely use them again.

Great, he reduced his fees since the job was so small, then when he was done I asked a question and he offered to fix that without charging me anything additional.

-The first project went great. One of the company owners came out to our home and moved the plumbing up into the second level floor joists. Everything was done very well and the project actually came in under the original estimate. -On the second project things were not as smooth. We hired Paladin again based on our earlier experience. This time they sent out one of their other technicians. He was supposed to install a kitchen sink, a sink in our half bath, and a dishwasher. The plumber never checked to see if the sink in the half bath worked... when I arrived home and turned it on I noticed that the sink leaked after turning it off. While a defective faucet was the cause (not Paladin's fault) I believe this is something that a plumber should check. We also paid Paladin to "install" a dishwasher. I talked to the plumber on the phone when he was finishing installing the dishwasher. He mentioned that it was not installed in a very stable way but he didn't have any more time to look at it because he had two more jobs yet to complete that day. I ended up having to remove the dishwasher and re-install it myself the next day to see that it was done correctly. We paid the bill and the owners essentially blew off my subsequent phone call questioning the install. Overall this wasn't a horrible experience, but the second time was much more disappointing than the first.

The repair technician did a good job of keeping me informed with phone status updates about locating parts and arrival time. Despite the faucet being an older model, he was able to locate the correct washers.

Craig fit me into his schedule much faster than I expected. And he did so, I'm guessing, by offering to work at times he normally wouldn't (over lunch or after five). I am very grateful for his flexibility and timeliness. He is a great communicator (email, phone and in person) and the work was done quickly and cleanly. This is my third time working with Craig, and he is now my go-to guy for any plumbing needs.

Service tech was very nice all service went well except the kitchen sink. That night we had a leak that my husband repaired and the problem of a bad odor after the dishwasher was done seemed worse. I called Jerry the owner and he told me to try things that I told him I had already done. He said try it for a few weeks and call him back. Waited a few weeks called him back to come out, He had to cancel due to an emergency, Called him to come again said he would try to come that day never came never called. Called again said he would come on Friday called the morning of the appointment and cancelled. He told me he would be in the area on Saturday and he would stop by. Again no phone call and he never showed up. After I posted my report on Palladin Plumbing I received a phone call from Jerry (I assume the owner) and he wanted to make the situation right. He apologized for not following up with me to resolve my plumbing issue and offered to pay the services of the plumber I had hired in his place. He also wanted to know about how I felt on the price he had charged me and I told him it was high since the problem did not get fixed and became worse after his agent tried to fix it. Bottom line was he refunded me $200 and again apologized for not responding. I received the check from him the next day.

Everything from initial phone call to job completion was very professional and courteous. I changed my mind on how much I wanted done in the middle and they adapted without missing a beat.

It was excellent. I would recommend them to others. They are very responsive.

This was the best experience we ever had with a contractor. Jerry came out to our house to look at the space and make recommendations. He recommended a high efficiency hot water heater that was better than a tankless. I was already impressed when he addressed every concern I brought up by saying it would be "no problem" for Paladin. Follow-up email communication was great. He answered my questions completely and in a timely manner. He recommended a place for us to pick out our faucet and insty hot and he let us know when they arrived and scheduled the work for a few days later. They arrived on time and it was obvious that Jerry was right, it was all "no problem" for Paladin to do the work. We have tight spaces and an old house and everything still went smoothly. They asked for my opinion when there were questions or choices. The work was done neatly and completely and we are delighted with the results. The hot water heater works perfectly. Clean up was perfect, too What made it especially pleasant was that while they were working they seemed to really enjoy it, even though the configuration of our house made this job more difficult. I even heard Craig whistling while he worked. A few weeks after the work was completed, there was a slight smell of natural gas in the basement. We called and Craig came over immediately to check the gas pipes. It turned out that the problem had nothing to do with their work. What impressed me most about this company was their communication, work ethic, and professionalism. They seem to really enjoy what they do.

The installer was not only punctual, but offered to come early, Even though the installation took longer than normal because of a trip to the dealer for an alternate fitting, there was no extra charge. The installer was courteous and efficient, and produced a high quality result. I would definitely use the company again for any work in the fields of their expertise.

On a Friday around noon, we discovered a leak in the plumbing in a bathroom that we are remodeling. We contacted Jerry at Paladin to see if they could fix it. Jerry thought they could work us into the schedule and had planned to be at our house between 2 and 2:30 that day (I think I called around noon or so.) In the end, Craig was tied up until 5 pm and was willing to come at that time or anytime on Sat or Sun. We were able to turn the water off, so timing wasn't as critical as I had originally thought. Craig met us on Sun morning at 9am, removed the offending section of pipe and replaced it, fixing the problem. He knew that he had a full day scheduled on Mon, so was willing to do the work on Sun to get it done. He was prompt, courteous and professional and we will definitely continue to use Paladin Plumbing. They also provided us with an Angie's List discount.

I called them after hours on a thursday night and they had someone there the next day. They were quick and professional. They had a part in their truck they could have used for the repair, but instead they ran to the hardware store to get a part that would be less expensive for us. The clean-up was great and my dog even liked them. They also built us something to help prevent the same issue from happening again. I left a voicemail and emailed the owner on a thursday night at 7:30pm and I had gotten a phone call back by 8:15pm.

Great. Used pricing on line and from prior plumber to be aware of prices and value. Called and he gave me Angies List discount. Scheduled the job, came out, took out the old, installed the new and cleaned up the area. He had a tough stairway to deal with and didn't mark up the walls or the hardwood steps, those 50 gallon heaters are big too. The only reason I wouldn't use Paladin again is if my oldest son, also a plumber moves back from Maui HI.

They have always been on-time, completed their work in a very professional manner, and will stand behind their work if there are issues.
