Showed up early and Craig was done in 45 minutes. He did an excellent job of installing needed parts and checking to make sure everything worked properly. Also did a great job of explaining the potential cost ahead of time and how we can remedy problems like this ourselves in the future. We would definitely use them again.

What a wonderful company to work with. Patty Olson is a gem. Paladin referred me to Ferguson to chose my toilet, tub and fixtures. When Patty realized the tub filler Ferguson had recommended was not long enough, she helped my find fixtures for my bathroom that I liked even better. Patty went out of her way to find the vessel sink I wanted and was told would take weeks to order. Patty had it in days. She even found the discontinued shower head I liked. The plumbers were prompt and neat. Plumbing had to be moved and new plumbing had to be installed. It was done in a timely and professional manner. When my dishwasher went on the fritz, I bought a new one and Paladin installed it when they came to finish a detail in the bathroom. Total bill was WAY LESS than I expected. What luck. Then the water softener went out! Jerry recommended and provided the new unit. By this time I had so much confidence in Paladin, I didn't even shop around. Again, timely, professional service at a very reasonable price. Then, in January, the pull out spray unit came off my kitchen faucet. Patty scheduled me in right away. She suggested I buy a new faucet so it would be available if the old one could not be repaired. The plumber was able to repair the old faucet for less than the new one cost. I then returned the new faucet to the store. I would and will use Paladin Plumbing again. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Water heater failed on a Saturday night. Called Paladin on Sunday at 1:00 pm, they called back within 2 hours and gave me a bid over the phone, and told me the service tech would call the next morning. He called as promised, arrived early, and did a great job. Would use this company again for sure.

I called the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and by the following Monday the water heater was replaced. They offered to do it sooner, but I preferred Monday. The job was done fast, efficiently and there was no mess after they left. Other than the new water heater, you could not tell that they were ever here. The people I talked dealt with were knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant.

We discovered that our water heater was leaking in the evening. We called Paladin Plumbing. They came out promptly the next day and provided an estimate. They completed all work the following day. They were on time, if not a bit early, for both appointments. They were extremely prompt, cordial, and very clean in all of the work that they performed. I would definitely use them again.

Set up an appointment with Jerry and he was very courteous, polite and professional. I liked his recommendations for the size of softner we would need for our family of six and the softner was installed the following week. Jerry stopped by with the installer to deliver the water softner on the date of install. They showed up right on schedule and the installer did a great job installing the softner and cleaning up afterward. I have been very satisfied witht the performance of the softner.

It would have been perfect except after Craig installed it we found out the faucet was defective. So he had to remove it. I had to go back to Lowes where I bought it to get another one and they were not very nice about it. He had to come back the next day to install the replacement I got and also installed another one I bought for my bathroom down stairs. A few days after that I had a huge clog in my kitchen sink. I was able to unclog it but all the water had pushed into my dishwasher which I was not aware of. I called Craig to seek some advice as I had never seen that before. He gave me the advice I needed and everything worked out.

The individual who was sent out arrived approximately 30 minutes late. However, other than that, our experience was positive. The work was completed in approximately 1.5 hr, which was less than anticipated. He was extremely knowledgeable, worked very hard, and answered all questions to our satisfaction. Definitely recommended.

My basement was leaking water yesterday. I called this company and they said they'd be able to come out right away. Jerry, the plumber, was so friendly and he was willing to come out almost immediately. It's good peace of mind to know that there's a plumber that would be willing to come out so urgently. I was able to fix the problem and called him back to cancel, and Jerry was nice and provided some advice about the issue. I would certainly use them in the future.

After contacting Paladin Plumbing - Jerry responded and we set up a time for an estimate for services. He quickly sent us an estimate, and we were able to coordinate a time for the services to be done. They were prompt, very experienced, and completely neat and clean in all the services they completed. This is such a relief to locate a plumber that has these qualities. We have had several bad experiences over the years, since our plumber retired. Thanks so much for Angie's List and the wonderful references, since using other sources was not as productive or positive for us.

The water softener pipe spring a good-sized leak, resulting in significant rate of water discharge. Paladin had someone at my house within 2 hours, and they fixed my laundry tub faucet, too. This is the third time that I've used this plumber service. They are decent guys, the price is fair, and the work is good.

When I called to make an appointment for an estimate, Jerry, the owner, called me back to set it up. I knew finding a time would be hard with my work schedule, but Jerry arranged to arrive the next day at 7:00 am to catch me before I left for work! He was very professional, giving some options of the work that could be done. Once we chose which way to go, I had an estimate emailed that same day, and scheduled the work done within two days. The guys that came out were quick, efficient, and clean! They finished the work, picked up, and swept up after. They even took their shoes off when they noticed the shoe rack at the door, so as to protect the carpet. All in all a great experience! The price was very reasonable, the work was done well, and now I have softened hot water in my house!

Overall it went very well and I'm happy with what they did. Jerry, the owner, came out and made recommendations about which heater & softener I should get and later emailed me an estimate that made me very happy- he also gave me the Angie's List discount which was even more awesome. We set the install up for a few weeks later. The two plumbers who came out showed up right on time and got everything done in a reasonable amount of time. Everything seems to be working just fine and I love my new faucet. My only wish was that before they left they would have gone over the water softener and heater info with me so I knew how to adjust either one's settings if I had to. I take partial blame for that though because I should have asked them to show me- I just didn't think of it til after they were gone! I would definitely use Paladin again.

My initial contact with Paladin was through the E-mail link on the Angie's List website and that did not work well. I was never contacted back. However, when I called them up directly I was able to schedule someone to come out to my house later that day to look at my water heater. Craig came out and gave a good look at my water heater explaining to me the pros and cons of the options of repairing my water heater, replacing it with the same kind, replacing it with a High Efficient tank water heater eligible for the tax credit, and replacing it with a hybrid tankless high efficiency water heater also eligible for the tax credit. I decided to go with the High Efficient tank water heater, because after tax credits and rebates it was within $200 of what the low efficient tank water heater would have cost. Repairing was not recommended since my water heater was already 9 years old. I had received other bids from other contractors and all were within $450 of each other, but Paladin was the least expensive. They also did not charge an extra service fee for paying with a credit card like some of the other contractor's wanted. Craig was very patient in answering my questions. I deliberate a lot over large purchases like this. He scheduled the installation around my vacation, and on the scheduled day arrived at my house ready to go, 10 mins earlier than our scheduled time. He worked efficiently and finished the installation and hour quicker than what he had thought it would take. He also worked on installing a drain tube on my water softener, and ran it around my utility room to the floor drain, all without charging me. Additionally, I asked him to look at my leaking garbage disposal and he gave me some advice on how to tackle the leaking issue. He did not have a disposal with him so it could not be replaced right there, but he did give me a competitive quote. As he was finishing up the paper work, he remembered that I was an Angie's List member and mentioned that he will take off an additional 5% from the bill as part of their special for AL members. Thought that was nice of him to remember that! He also is going to send me information so that I could easily apply for the tax credit as well as the Centerpoint Energy rebate. Overall, a great experience. I would hire them again and I probably will for my garbage disposal replacement.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The company owner came over and gave me a free estimate. He is personable and quite knowledgeable. I knew the specific model I wanted, and he didn't try to 'upsell' me to more expensive equipment. In fact, he advised me against some unnecessary 'bells and whistles' that I thought I needed. The installers didn't provide the typically vague "estimated time of arrival"; instead, they gave me a specific time, and arrived exactly on schedule. And they left the place neat and clean when they were done. I probably could have found a somewhat less expensive vendor, but I believe Paladin's price is well worth it, because of their high level of service and professionalism. I would gladly recommend them to others, based on my experience.

Mr. Olson called within a half hour after my speaking to his office. He came when promised and checked the hot water heater, finding nothing wrong there he checked the hose from the A/C to the drain and found the washer was completely worn out. Upon discovering he didn't have one, we did find one in a garden hose I am not using. Since he was here I requested an estimate on the tolet repair and replacement of the bathroom lavatory and kitchen faucet. He called back within two hours with the estimate made arraingements for the following morning for two young men to come and perform the work, working around a hair appointment that I had. The young men were also prompt, friendly and proffessional. They completed the work within two hours. I will definately use Paldin again, as I also will need bathtub faucet replacement in the fall.

Very well. I've been searching for a plumber I can trust for years and I have finally found one. Jerry (the owner) has always been readily accessible to help and give honest advice. Once I went over a problem over the phone with him and he recommended a course of action that I could do myself because it would be simple and cheaper. Not many business owners would forgo a job like that. He's honest and looks out for your best interest and he'll get my future business because of it.

The company was very responsive. They provided a rough estimate over the phone, came on time and did the work well. We asked them to give us estimates on other plumbing jobs around the house as well. We would use them again.

Jerry was very accomodating and professional. I had been dealing with a somewhat steady drip from the tank of the toilet in my main bath. Jerry quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and it has been problem-free since that time. I also had a problem with a basement toilet keeping water in the bowl, and he assured me the toilet was fine and there was likely a venting issue that occurs on windy days. One last note - Jerry is the owner, and he came since some of his employees were out for the long weekend. Definitely a nice guy and a good organization!

I called Paladin after hours (about 8:30) the night we discovered the slow leak in the water heater. To my surprise, Jerry called back in about 15 minutes and gave me advice about how to stay dry overnight, and set up an appointment for 7:30 the next morning. He arrived on time and explained all our options and helped us pick the right water heater for us. His crew came out about 1 pm that same afternoon and finished the installation. They were prompt, courteous and cleaned up well after themselves. We really appreciated how quickly they were able to come and install a new one, especially since our basement is fully finished and a big leak would have caused a great deal of damage. We'll definitely use Paladin again.

He arrived on time and determined where the leak was coming from. He did not have a disposal in the truck so he went to get one. After he returned it took only about 1/2 hour to replace the disposal. During this time, he was careful with the kitchen floor - he brought a dropcloth to work on.

They were extremely professional and personable. They thoroughly explained the problem and their solution. They made the repairs necessary at a reasonable rate. I would recommend them highly.

He needed parts from the hardware store, but did not charge for that time. It was all more challenging than he expected. He only charged us for an hour of labor even though the entire time he was involved was 3 hours. Excellent!!

Great. Jerry came out the next day after I contacted him. He would have probably come out sooner if I felt uncomfortable with the leak but it was minor at that point. He diagnosed the problem (rust & water starting to get into the pilot light area). He suggested a certain water heater & although I didn't go with his suggestion, I appreciated that he has been to the factories to see how they are made & is keeping up with new technology. The plumber, Tom, came out and installed the new water heater, fixed our minor issues with some valves and it all appears to be set. I appreciated being warned about the air in the pipes so I wasn't surprised when I turned on the faucet. Jerry came out during the process to check on things to make sure everything was going okay. I got the Angies discount also which was really great.
