Description of Work: My 8 year old hot water heater (which Paladin did not install) died. Paladin consulted with me about various energy efficiency & quality options. I took several weeks to decide as the high end options are really an investment (obviously, I have a two water heaters so I had the luxury to research & decide). They were very patient & didn't try to sell me more than I really needed. When I did decide, they were out to install the next day. Difficult install due to way original contractor did the work and it could have been a mess. The sweet plumber went above & beyond to contain & clean up.

Description of Work: Replaced water heater excellent model high efficiency quick install which is important when water heater is leaking .

Description of Work: Right on schedule and replaced my washing machine water supply valves as requested, quickly and efficiently. There was a little bit of uncertainty on the price for the service and it came out much more than I was initially quoted over the phone when I received the bill two weeks later, the plumber onsite was not sure what it would cost and told me to wait for the bill. I called the office for clarification of the bill and as usual they were very helpful on working with me on the price due to expectations. I have used Paladin in the past and will continue to use them again!

Description of Work: I have used them in the past. Craig fixed a leak, replaced faucets in the bathroom and one in the kitchen, also replaced a disposer. He also worked on two toilets. I am currently in the process of moving and have scheduled him next Monday to do several things in the house in the new location. Plan to have a toilet replaced among several other things. Wouldn't use another plumber as I trust Craig for quality of work and trustworthiness as well.

Description of Work: Fixed a leak I tried to fix and correctly hooked up the sump pump - without charging for a new one. Great, honest service.

Description of Work: Gas leak, sink replacement, boiler evaluation & toilet replacement. I call Paladin first for all my plumbing needs. Recently called them about 630pm on a night in November. Called them because I had Centerpoint come out to do an energy evaluation on a home we moved into this past July. Centerpoint did their evaluation & said they found no major issues. I had previously noticed a very very faint odor of gas in the basement so I asked Centerpoint to double check it, which they did. The tech told me it was no big deal & to get it fixed when I could. After telling me that he told me he was required to give me a Centerpoint hotline to call & get the leak "taken care of"... Long story long, after I called Centerpoint came out, shut off my gas, locked my meter, capped my pipes and left.. When I called they said they couldn't get out to repair the leak & turn the gas on for 3 days. It was November and 18 degrees. Lucky for me Paladin came out that night, fixed the leak & got the heat on

Description of Work: Replaced a broken water heater that was still covered under warranty.

Description of Work: We had a pipe burst in our finished basement. I called Paladin since they had good reviews here. The person who answered the phone was nice and set up and appointment right away. Travis arrived on time and was very personable and professional. He did a great job identifying where the problem was, minimizing the number of holes in the wall needed to fix the pipe and cleaned up the space nicely after he was done. He was good at explaining what was wrong and what he would do to fix it and gave an accurate estimate of the final cost. I would definitely call them again for future plumbing work.

Description of Work: Installed gas line for a back up generator.

Description of Work: It was a bathroom tub plug that was stopped up. I wasn't able to do it but he was able to show me how to take care of it the next time and he unplugged it for me.

Description of Work: Fixed pipe leak (reason for call). Also, had to replace two valves on either side of water meter as neither of them would totally shut off the water to the house. (NOTE: city of Plymouth was unable to get water turned off at main - plumber did great job of working through that). Plumber was very courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Water was found on the floor of the bathroom at the base of the toilet. I called Paladin who carefully examined the toilet. The outcome was that the cause may have been an overflow of the toilet that had not been observed by the home owner. No charge for the service.

Description of Work: Had water heater replaced within a few hours. Very nice and professional. Have has their services in the past and will always use them.

Description of Work: I had problems with my sinks. He repaired the sinks in the kitchen and bathroom. I also had a problem with my garage door and he was able to fix that at no charge.
