Joe was able to get out to the home within a few days of talking. He sent me inspection paperwork the next day and insurance company was satisfied with the report. We're closing on time this week because of Joe's quick response time.

I can't say enough about how great it turned out. All of the little extras were done to make sure it looked good and was going to last. Joe was on time. Very thorough. And cleaned up quickly.

Joe responded to my email right away in the morning and then came out that same day. Joe was the only one of 4 companies to actually go up onto my roof and check it out. He took several pictures that he sent to me (much appreciated so I was able to see how big of a problem it was!) along with a quote that same day. He also noticed that a vent next to the chimney needed a new cap and included a picture of it as well. Joe's quote was the same as the other companies even with Joe including fixing the plumbing vent that the others didn't notice. He also was the only one to break down the quote to show the cost for each part of work he would be performing. I ended up not hiring Joe because I found out that my uncle was able to fix my chimney this weekend ( I didn't know my uncle had the experience to do it ). Joe was by far the best company I had come out and I'm keeping his number for future reference.

Joe and his crew showed up on time, worked diligently, did a great quality job and cleaned up the work site. The replacement bricks and mortar matched the existing very well and there were little extras like a drip edge on the cap which showed they knew what they were doing and cared about the long-term quality of the work. They did an excellent job. They responded back to me very quickly and provided a quote with pictures that showed me the damage to my chimney. The quote was very competitive. They got to my job very quickly and showed up on time. They laid out tarps to cut the bricks so not to damage my yard and cleaned everything up. You could not even tell they were there after they left. Timely, professional, friendly, thorough. The cost was not inexpensive, but was comparable to estimates made by those with less certifications and experience. Work was done as explained on their website. Cleanup was thorough and except for the fresh mortar look which will change, matched very well.

I had two bids on the project, and I selected Guardian because they were quicker with both the initial response and with their timeline to get the project done. Their cost was also about 25% lower than the other bid. Joe let me know when they were coming, and their crew of 5-6 guys finished the project efficiently and with great attention to detail. The clean-up was perfect. I don't plan to fix my chimney again, but I'd suggest that everybody else give them a call.

They came out within a week to take a look at my chimney, which I had been told by my home inspector was in pretty rough shape. Then as soon as I accepted the bid, they had the chimney fixed within a few days! Very happy with their work.

It was a much bigger job than I had anticipated but I'm so glad Joe realized that the chimney needed some work. A few days after I received the estimate and agreed to the work he called me one morning and asked if he could come that day. He and his crew were able to get it all done in one day. They removed the old top and replaced it with some added protections to enhance drainage and protect it from future water damage. They treated the bricks down to about the roof line to protect them more water and weather damage. He explained all that he would be doing I felt like it was all good quality touches to not only repair but to protect. Of course he also fixed the loose brick and removed and then filled in the mortar/chipmunk damage.

When I called, Joe, the owner, answered and we made arrangements for him to come out and give an estimate a few days later. After deciding to go with Guardian Home Solutions, Joe contacted me and the work was scheduled for just a week later. Weather ended up being poor that week, but Joe reached out to communicate changes to the schedule. The work was done in one day, and the crew did a great job cleaning up. The brick they used matched my existing brick perfectly. Overall, I was very impressed with the communication, speed, and quality of work. I've already recommended them to other friends.
