Great experience from start to finish! I had snow melt coming into the attic this spring and knew I needed to have the chimney fixed before winter rolled around. I reached out to Joseph, sent him a picture of the chimney, and got an idea of what the problem likely was. He had someone come out and take a look at it and confirmed that we needed the chimney rebuilt. The crew came out and got it done in one day, and I’m really happy with it! I absolutely LOVE how my chimney turned out! I'm sending pictures and recommending Guardian to everyone I know, including a contractor I talked to the other day! Guardian rebuilt my chimney from the roofline up. I was so nervous because of several bad remodeling experiences in the past, but not this time! Guardian is the absolute best! Everything went so smoothly! Talking to Joseph, the owner, over the phone, from the very start, was a very pleasant experience. I was able to send him pictures of my chimney, via my cell phone, and he got back to me within the hour with an estimate, and then he assured me that if the job went over the estimate, for any reason, he would pay for it out of his own pocket. Amazing! This was a one-day job. Joseph, came to the door at the start of the job to introduce himself. His team arrived on time, worked very hard all day long, and were very cheerful, polite, and respectful. The crew is a top-notch team. The crew worked really hard, clearly having experience with a system to set up scaffolding on an uneven slope and a method to get buckets of debris down and new bricks and mortar up. And, they seemed to get along and work together really well. It was a long day that takes commitment and energy! Joe was very patient with our long decision making process, always responding in an amazingly timely manner. He also did a great job finding an assortment of brick colors to blend with the original. I highly recommend them!

Joseph and his crew were great. It was a pleasure working with them. My chimney was falling apart and with each rain storm pieces were scattered throughout my yard. The initial inspection of the chimney revealed the chimney was being held up by gravity. Proper maintenance was not done over the years . I am over the moon with the results once Guardian came out and rebuilt the chimney. It looks fantastic. When I bought my house I noticed some of the bricks on my chimney were worn and falling apart. After a couple of years of ownership I decided to do something about it and contacted multiple companies for estimates. Out of all of the bids I received, Guardian's bid was the most thorough, reasonably priced, and timely. I was especially impressed with all of the pictures of the issues with my chimney, as well as a picture of the brick that would be used in the rebuild. I was also impressed with the secondary document I received that explained exactly what all of the proposed work would entail and why it was important. When I accepted the bid I was contacted right away and I was able to get the work scheduled in a week. The crew arrived within the window told to me and quickly got to work. They were finished in the early afternoon and the finished work looks amazing.

We had one chimney replaced from the roofline up on single family home by Guardian Chimney Solutions LLC last year in 2021 and they did a wonderful job. We had them replace a second chimney on another single family home just this week (June 2022) and again, they were terrific. It's very hard to find a contractor that you can give a glowing recommendation for, but Guardian Chimney Solutions LLC warrants it. We're very happy with everything, from the initial consultation to doing the work in an incredibly professional manner, being respectful of both tenants and the property, and doing a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards.
