Joe and Mike replaced, one complete chimney, recapped and tuck-pointed two others on our home along with a half dozen spots around our home. I appreciated the response, explanation of their work, the how and why, along with the before, during, and after pictures. Would definitely recommend them.

Joseph is a perfect pro. He came for an estimate, explained exactly the work to be done and the process for completing it, using photos to make it perfectly clear to us. He and his team came when they said they would, they did a great cleaning job with the debris, were careful around the garden, and the work looks beautiful--see photo. (The new liner takes a week to dry so we haven't tried the chimney yet...). The estimate was the same as final cost, so no surprises. FYI: The process of cleaning the flue involves keeping a fan in the flue for 48 hrs, so it's a bit noisy, but that's how it works. All in all, this was a 100% pro job from start to finish, and we know that to accomplish this you have to work hard at it, so our deep thanks!!

It was very smooth. He got it done in a couple of weeks (as he had told us) and billed us the same amount he had estimated. He did a nice job, and it looks good.

After Joseph and his crew completed my chimney rebuild, I understood why my neighbor’s recommendation came so easily. Guardian’s workmanship was outstanding. The crew worked efficiently and completed the job to industry standards. They closely matched the color of the bricks on my 50-year-old chimney, which was something I thought would be impossible. Throughout the interaction, Joseph stayed in close contact via phone calls, texts, emails, and photos. To me, good communication is paramount. Joseph’s estimate included an exact description of the repair and photos of my disintegrating chimney. The photos showed me what I couldn’t see from the ground. Joseph called me the morning of the scheduled repair to tell me when the crew would arrive. Later in the day the crew had to stop work because of lightning. Before the crew left, they told me what was happening, where the project stood, and when they’d return. Later that evening Joseph texted with a project update. And when the job was done, he sent photos of the finished job. I’ve been around too long to tolerate unreliable contractors. I was in corporate business all my life and in that time I wouldn’t have dreamed of delaying a project, blowing off responsibilities, or arriving late to work or meetings. I hold contractors to that same standard. Joseph’s follow-through was second to none — he said what he was going to do and he did it. I’m happy with the work Guardian did on my chimney and, perhaps just as important, the way Joseph and his crew stayed in contact and performed that work. I was so impressed with the crew that I’ve recommended them to my daughter and son-in-law. Quality workmanship, excellent communication, reliability — that’s what I got with Guardian.

They came to replace the chimney cap with a new one within 3 days. I called on the weekend and they answered the call and assured me they would take care of me. I called 4 places and they were the only ones to answer the call. He came out on Tuesday and put the new cap on the chimney and gave me a quote for some tuckpointing and other chimney work.
