Our dryer stopped working the day (7/3/2020) before a holiday weekend. Through Angie's List I contacted two providers. Dan (owner) of We Care Heating & Air contacted me within minutes and was at our home within a couple of hours to assess the problem. He worked efficiently, diagnosed the problem, and provided viable alternatives. In the end, we decided to replace the 14-year-old dryer rather than repair it. I was so glad that Dan could respond the same day and get us headed in the right direction. We Care Heating & Air was super responsive and helpful!

Dan pulled out our refrigerator and discovered the control panel stopped functioning. The refrigerator is 15 years old so he recommended we replace it.

Dan was able to fix our refrigerator - I was very happy because I love it. He was very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely call him again as needed.

The problem was diagnosed, technician not “certified” to work on LG. I was able to contact LG and let them know what the problem was. The element for the oven needed to be ordered and will be replaced this week.

Fantastic! Dan sent me a text when he was on the way. He arrived wearing a mask and gloves which I appreciated. He used a floor protector when he moved the fridge out. He went to the store to get a different dryer vent and switched the way the door opened. He even removed a hose nozzle that was stuck in the outside spigot which I hadn’t been able to remove. Dan is very friendly, always asked if I had questions, and his prices are the best I’ve seen ever! I would definitely hire him again, and feel very confident in recommending him to others.

He showed up on time, analyzed the problem, got the parts, fixed the dryer, reasonable cost, outstanding rating.

He did the diagnostics. All of the sensors were ruined. Plus other things suggesting a sudden power surge or loss. Gave me the estimate and would do the work but it was more cost effective replace an 8 yo fridge land that’s what I did. I have already had him return to work on my dishwasher. He was polite. Friendly. Seemed very. Honest. I will keep him on my list for appliance repair.

Dan did a excellent job, first in diagnosing the issue and replacing the failing part. The dishwasher runs like new.

Wow, what a professional. First one to call back, came the next day on time, did a clean, cracker jack job and charged a very reasonable amount. Dan is very experienced and has broken off on his own. I love small businessmen and if you don't hire him you are crazy.

Washer needed a few parts plus was leaking oil. Decided to buy a new one.

I could tell by how fast Dan completed my repair that he knew what he was doing. Also, there was a delay in shipping a part that I needed, but he checked in with me every day to provide the status - great customer service. All went well and I will use them again when needed.

Exactly! Dan was very helpful. While he couldn’t fix my refrigerator, he gave me lots of resources for where I could go to find help. The issue was not fixable, not his fault. Great service!

Excellent service! Had my washer repaired last year and the initial fee was double from Warner stellion. Definitely calling this guy for everything from now on.
