Description of Work: Fantastic service. I called to make an appt. and a day later they were here. They thoroughly evaluated my water system, made changes and suggested changes. Again only 2 days later my parts arrived and they quickly installed the parts and I back up and running. I can't say enough about how professional my water professional (Brady) was. I highly recommend them!!

Description of Work: Brady responded to my initial call very professionally, giving me the additional information (including his bid) on the phone, We made an appointment for installation. Brady arrived on time and completed the job in less time than he had estimated. He left the work area neat and tidy, and gave me clear instructions for operation and care of the new water softener. I could see and feel the improvement in our water quality within 24 hours! No more water spots from hardwater deposits, and soap/shampoo rinses out the way it should. We are very happy with the product and the service.
