Northland Water

Old water softener was in a very tight space between water heater & furnace. That didn't stop the technician. He got right in there (with my help) & removed the old unit & tank. Great job in the end. We were quite pleased.

The company was referred to me by my home warranty company. The technician came over to my house twice to help diagnose why my water conditioner was not working correctly. On the second visit, he was able to diagnose the the water conditioner was failing and that I needed a new one. Throughout the entire process the company was good to work with. I would work with them again if needed. The only cost I paid was the $75 deductible for my warranty policy.

Brady was right on time Monday morning, looked over our area for trhe softener, explained everything he was doing and by 12:30 he was done. The entire experience was great from beginning to end! In his first visit, Brady helpfully described the water-softener choices and answered all of our questions (and some we hadn't thought of!). We decided on a unit and scheduled a second visit for the installation, saying that we didn't need to pay anything until that time. (By the way, unfortunately we had to reschedule that appointment, and Brady was very accommodating.) He returned to install the new unit and remove the old one, then gave us an orientation and again answered our questions. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. All is working well. We would give Brady and Northland Water Conditioning our highest recommendation.

Called about a new wage sotener, Brady came out in a couple of days and showed us what was available and gave us the pros and cons. We picked the one we wanted and he was back in 2 days to install. Brady was very efficient and easy to work with. He did a great job and we are pleased with the results.

This was a very positive experience. The time from my first contact with Brady to his inspection of my old water softener and installation of the new water softener was only three days. The whole process from start to finish was an excellent experience. Brady helped me work with the City inspector to make sure the drainage of the water softener was to code. Brady even came out on a Saturday to do the install and was done in a few hours. I would definitely recommend anyone to use Northland for the installation of a water softener.

I called on 12/30/14 as our old softener had stopped working the previous weekend and I was anxious to get a new softener installed as soon as possible. I left a voice mail with my situation and Brady called back within a short period of time (less than an hour). He told me about the different systems they install along with the warranty information, life expectancy and efficiency of each model. He checked his schedule and said he would be able to get it installed the next morning and also remove the old softener for free since I am an Angie's List member. Brady arrived on time and got right to work. My husband was home during the installation and was very impressed with Brady's professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. He answered all my husband's questions and everything was cleaned up very nicely after the job was completed. He explained the operation of the unit (very easy to operate!) and which type of salt to use and why. We could not have had a better experience and would highly recommend this company!

I had already decided that I needed a new water softener (ours was over 30 years old) and the Angie's list reviews convinced me to go with Northland Water Conditioning. I was not disappointed!! Brady responded to my email on the same day it was sent. We set up a day and time for the same week. Brady showed up at the appointed time (maybe a few minutes late, but it was snowing, so let's "cut him some slack"). The removal of the old softener and salt tank, installation of the new unit, clean up and orientation to the new softener went very smoothly -- no problems or issues at all. I was extremely pleased with the service and am presently delighted with the quality of the new softener and how it's working in our house. If you're considering a new water softener, you really can't go wrong with Brady and Northland Water Conditioning!!

Brady is very patient in communication and explained everything in very detail. His quote for the 2 tank model water softener is the least expensive one and at the same time with good quality (Clack softener for the platinum series). He came on time had everything covered including the city inspection permits ($55) and pulling away my old system. I usually don't like to spend too much time writing reviews, but I am really impressed by his service and would definitely use him in future for any water softener related service. A+++++

The other reviews for Northland Water Conditioning don't lie. Brady was extremely responsive (pleasant surprise on a weekend) and has great follow through. He came out to my home several days after initial contact, advised that my 12 year water softener was in need of replacement, and scheduled replacement with no pressure on when it needed to go in. He called to confirm appointment the day of and arrived exactly on time. Clean installation, explained features of new one, and went on his way. A really good guy and company who I'm confident stand behind their product. No surprise that they have been in business so long if Brady is the caliber of employee they have.

My water softener was leaking at a fitting. I made an appointment with Brady to take a look at the the water softener. Brady deemed the softener as well past its prime at 28-years-old. We scheduled the replacement for Tuesday, Oct. 28, at 1:30 pm. Brady called by 1:15 to let me know that he would be just a little late. He arrived by 1:45, installed the new Gold Level water softener, removed the old softener, changed out the discharge tube, and replumbed the softener. Brady is efficient, professional, and personable. When I checked Angie's List for suggested water softener providers, Northland was rated with all "A's." I agree!

Brady installed new Gold water softener after 19 year old unit died. Awesome service, very informative about new unit. Hauled off old unit. Spectaclular service and high quality locally manufactured equipment. The new unit is American made locally and very easy to use. Thanks again Brady!

Brady was punctual, polite and thorough. He promptly completed his diagnostics regarding our water softener issue and presented several solutions. We opted for a new water softener which was installed in a timely manner. Excellent experience with this provider and we would highly recommend the company.

Things went great and he finished the job and answered all our questions on how to add salt and how the softener works.

Sent an email to the company yesterday, which was a Sunday, after finding them on Angie's List. Our softener was leaking and running constantly. Brady A. replied on Sunday via email to say they would be available and happy to discuss it further. I spoke with him Monday a.m., discussed the product we wanted and he quoted a price for the basic product we wanted. We made an appt. for 11 a.m. today. He arrived promptly at 11 and I showed him the ancient one we wanted replaced. He explained what he would do and the approximate length of time. He replaced the softener and the salt and removed the old one (for free because I had mentioned being an Angie's List member). He explained a few details regarding the operation to me and we were done - for the original price he told me! He was on time, professional and did a great job. I was very pleased with the quick, friendly service.

Brady answered my questions on the phone, was able to schedule service for later that week, arrived promptly, installed the softener, tested the system, and showed me how it worked/regular maintenance required. he was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. Absolutely the best. They explained exactly what they would do over the phone, answered all questions, and then arrived exactly on time and got the job done in a short time. Cleaned everything and explained in detail operation of the new system. We had such a positive experience with the water softener replacement last year that we didn't bother to call anyone else when we needed to replace the water purifier. Highly recommend their sevice!

Simply could not have been a better experience from start to finish. They responded promptly to my inquiry, scheduled the install within a week, arrived exactly on time, finished in less time than their estimate and did a great job. The entire experience went great. I called Brady and left a message, he called back the same day and we scheduled a time for him to come to home and install a new water softener system. He was exactly on time....like to the minute! The price he quoted me on the phone was the exact price I paid. He said the install would take about 90, he was done in a bout 90 minutes. He hauled away my old softener as well. I would definitely recommend Brady and Northland Water Conditioning.
