Northland Water

The team at Northland Water was responsive to our initial call. Brady was able to come out and assess our old water softner shortly after our call. We ended up purchasing a new softner through Northland Water and Brady came back to install it the next day! He was knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. Excellent company to work with! We will definitely be referring them and using them in the future!

Brady was punctual, clean and very professional. he diagnosed all issues and did general maintenance. He clearly explained all issues so that I could understand, including discussing eventual unit replacement and what to look for when it begins to fail. Work was done in under 30 minutes.

We received very fast and very efficient service for our water softener replacement and it is just what we wanted - fully automatic so that it displays how much soft water we have used and how much we have left. A great softener!

Perfect! Brady came to my home the day after I first talked to him and discussed repairing my old water softener vs purchasing a new water softener. He then returned the following day to install a new water softener. He provided a hands on overview of the new water softener after completing the installation.

We were very frustrated with Lowes and decided to shop local for a better quality and service. We wanted the installation sooner and they were able to work out a schedule with us. Very professional, on time, good work, was patient walking through the instructions and answering our questions. We had great experience and appreciate their responseness! Now I would prefer a local so we can call the store directly for immediate attention or any questions.

Work was done in the time slot they mentioned. What really caught our eye was the new unit came with a 10 yr. warranty. Our old unit lasted 18 yrs, we had work done on it several times at our cost The warranty on the new unit is for parts and labor.

Excellent! Brady was quick to respond to an online inquiry for more information. He asked a handful of questions to make sure he knew what our needs were. After going over the products they offered he answered all our questions so we were able to make the correct decision. On the day of installation Brady showed up promptly at the scheduled time and went over the installation process. We didn't have an old water softener to remove so the installation process only took a couple of hours. Upon completion, everything was cleaned up and Brady went over the features on the unit to make sure we were comfortable with it. As promised, we were sent an electronic copy of the invoice right away. Overall a great job and would definitely recommend Northland Water to others. Very professional!

I needed a new water softener for many months and when I finally got around to seriously selecting one, I researched and contacted 5 different companies or plumbers. I went with Northland Water Conditioning and am very happy that I did. I corresponded with Brady via e-mail and he answered all my questions very promptly. In this age, where responses sometimes take days, I really appreciated that. We agreed upon a date and time and Brady came out at the selected time. Very prompt. I also liked the fact that the person that I initially contacted, was the person who installed the softener. That is a bonus in my book. Brady was very responsive. He answered all my questions when I was inquiring about the product. Once I made the decision, he came out right away and did a superb job! He was finished and gone within the timeline he gave me as well. It was awesome!

Brady replaced parts that needed replacing after discussing the options with us. He had all the parts in his truck and had the water softner fixed in no time at all. We did not know much about water softners, and he spent time with us explaining how they operate. We were more than pleased with the service he gave us and we would definitely call Northland Water again.

It went great. He was on-time and had called when he was on his way. He was courteous and professional and was able to replace the whole unit the same day.

Brady arrived on time and efficiently replaced our 25+ year old water softener. A normally straight forward job was complicated by the fact that our home's main shut off valve could not completely shut off the water. I was spooked, but Brady handled this with calm professionalism and completed the job anyway! I was impressed. Our new unit works great and we have confirmed this with subsequent water testing. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this company.

After I contacted several companies, Brady from Northland was first to respond. Quotes for 2 systems were presented. I selected Gold Series. On the day of installation, I met Brady. A very nice gentleman with a lot of patience and very courteous. He inspected the area and installed the softner in a very efficient way. I admired the work performed and he had no complains about the small area to work with. The work was done in approximately 1 hour. After the work, he took time to answer all my questions. I appreciated his patience response and made me feel good about the product. Its been 2 months since the softner was installed and I have had no issues.
