Northland Water was great. Showed up on time, and completed the work in the amount of time expected. Brady took the time to educate me, and answer all the questions I had.

After reading all the reviews was a bit skeptical. Brady was as advertised. He was very professional and made this entire process very easy. Would recommend to anyone.

He did not require the home visit that certain others in this field require. Two days later, the new equipment was in place. The installation is excellent. Two months later all is still well.

Brady was AWESOME and PROFESSIONAL and HELPFUL. I called many companies prior to calling Northland and the other companies are also "A" in service but some companies never called me back, some did not want to "fix" but rather that I just buy a new one, some had outrageous price. Brady took the time to go through the potential problems that my previous softener could have. I tried them and realized that it is just too old and unfixable. So, when I decided to replace my water softener, I knew that I would pick Northland for sure and I had it fixed yesterday at 5:30pm!! He didn't charge me extra for after hours and took his time explaining the new one to me. I had many repairs previously but I have to say, Northland has the best customer service by far. They also have the best warrantee compared to other companies. I definitely would recommend him to anyone in heartbeat. Thanks again, Brady.

Excellent experience. When I first found Northland Water on Angie's List, I was surprised that every review was an A. This was a first, even for other good companies I've used. There are always 1 or 2 negative reviews regardless of how good a company is. After working with Brady, though, I understand why he get's such high ratings across the board. The first visit was to assess and repair a 17 year old, Kenmore water softener that had some issues. It wasn't worth repairing such an old unit so we opted to replace it with one of the models Brady sells. There was no sales pressure or anything like that - just facts on the models he installed, what each did and the features you get as you move up the model line. We made an informed decision based on our needs. Brady was out a few days later and got the new unit installed. He did really clean work with the plumbing and unit placement. We realized our old water softener, if it was even working at all, wasn't working very well. We have soft water again and everything is working perfectly. Inspection took minutes and the city confirmed really nice work was done on the install. Both times Brady was out to our house, he showed up exactly when he said he would, was courteous and did a great, quality job. I can highly recommend this company. Brady was great.

When I found out our water softener had quit working I contacted Brady Androff, owner operator at Northland Water. Brady came out the same day I called, reviewed our situation and found time in his busy schedule to install a Gold Series water softener. I was not interested in big box store systems since most do not offer the 10 year parts/5 years labor warranty that Northland provides. I am very happy with the work and will recommend him to other homeowners in our townhome association.

I picked Brady Androff, owner and operator of Northland Water, after looking over numerous companies and reviews on Angie's List. I also did quite a bit of research online on various types, prices and merits of what's out there in Softeners. Brady had what I was looking for at a competitive price. His reviews were great. After I called him and we spent some time discussing models, prices and when he could do the work, I hired him for the job. He arrived on time, two days later as agreed upon. He removed and hauled away my old softener and installed a Gold Series 4800 grain model. He was quick, a straight shooter (no "up sell" pressure) and left the basement room cleaner than when he arrived. I can see now why he had so many "A" reviews. Brady is the consummate pro. This is who you want to work for you!
