Brady was a pleasure to deal with. He was helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. Brady presented us our options and helped us select the right water softener for our household size. We appreciated the fact that there was no hard sell: just his professional opinion about what was right for us. He was very neat and tidy when removing our old softener and installing the new one. The whole experience was smooth.

He spent more time with us than he had to, but he didn't overcharge us. They were flexible in scheduling the appointment. I felt comfortable with them and I was pleased with their service. I will use them again!

We haven?t had any problems. They did not apply a lot of pressure as their sales technique as some of the other companies did. They were pretty straight forward. They did what they said they would do and charged what they said they would. They weren?t the cheapest or the most expensive. They were here when they said they would be.

I requested a quote and Brady was able to provide one verbally and followed up with an email. I asked a couple more questions that were answered and scheduled installation. Brady was promptly on time and removal and installation appeared to go smoothly. Once installed, he showed me the controls and also provided tips on salt. Will find out how the device works within a couple of days.

We woke up one day to no running water in the house. It was determined that the problem was likely the water softener and the pipes right by the softener. After much research and decision-making on our part, we chose Northland and are very glad we did. They accomodated us by squeezing us into their schedule the next day so we didn't have to suffer without water any longer than necessary. They were extremely professional and knowledgable, patient in their explanations, and thourough in the clean-up. We recommend Northland without reservation.

Brady Androff (the owner's son) was our contact at Northland Water from start to finish on our job, from the initial call right through to the final installation. Brady was very helpful on my initial call in answering my questions and explaining the advantages and features of each of the products we were considering. He was very prompt in returning calls, very knowledgeable about the products he was selling, and was consistently professional in his dealings with us. Brady also consulted with us on the options for the placement of each of the three items we purchased, was very patient with all of our questions, and was neat and tidy with the installation. A day or two after the install, we realized that the drain hose for our dishwasher was leaking. While we couldn't prove it, our belief was that Brady had inadvertently kinked the drain hose when he was installing the reverse osmosis water lines under our kitchen sink. I called Brady about the drain hose, with the expectation that he may not be willing to assume responsibility for the leak. To the contrary, though he didn't think he had moved the drain hose at all, Brady immediately apologized and said he would come out right away and take a look at it. After confirming that the drain hose was, in fact, kinked (and leaking), he committed to fixing it himself, and also offered to pay for the part. Once I had the part (I had to order it from out-of-state), Brady came out when it was convenient for our schedule (on a Saturday!) and installed the new dishwasher drain hose. This was no easy task, as the dishwasher had to be pulled out of the kitchen cabinet and a couple of panels had to be removed to get at the hose. Again, I believe some contractors would have tried to deny responsibility for kinking the hose, but Brady didn't hesitate to make it right with us. In conclusion, we are very happy, satisfied customers of Northland Water. We've had the three products installed at our home for nearly 5 months now, and our water quality has never been better. Even more importantly, based on our experience, this is a reputable, honest company that treats it's customers right. I would recommend Northland Water, without hesitation, to anyone looking for water treatment solutions for their home or business.

Our electricity went out and we discovered that our water softener was flooding the basement. We called off of one phone that did work and they responded first thing the next morning. They came right over and got it fixed also showing me how to turn it off so it wouldn't happen it again. The second time it flooded I turned it off and called them. They were again very quick to respond and got the problem fixed. Very prompt, very professional.
