I found this company to be very helpful from start to finish. When I called they were very pleasant and able to explain many details about new water softeners over the phone. They were avavilable to come and remove the old water softener and install the new one at a time and on a day that worked well for us. The work was excellent and thorough. The features of the new water softener and and it's functions were explained well. A phone number to use when calling with any other questions was given to us along with the manual for the new softener. I am extremely pleased with everything they did. The water softener is working perfectly.

Brady was very easy to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. He easily accomodated my schedule when I had to reschedule the appointment a few times. He was able to accomodate my requests for how I wanted the water softner to sit in the odd layout of my basement. I am very happy with the unit so far. I have no doubt that he will support the product that he installed and I doubt that I will have any issues with it.

We had several estimates to consider, but this one stood out because we were offered excellent information on the unit and how it works and the price was in the middle of the other quotes we received. We think we made a good choice - the contractor was on time, completed the work as scheduled, and personally explained the features of our new unit. Just over a year later, we definitely see the improved water quality - and we are using FAR LESS SALT! We would absolutely recommend this contractor to our friends and neighbors.

Our 11 year old water softener system stopped working so I looked up reviews on Angie's List. I contacted Northland Water and left my contact information on a voicemail. Within 2 hours, I received a call back from Brady Androff, the manager. He was very professional and informative. He arrived at our home the next day and on-time to inspect our old system. We purchased our home 2.5 years earlier in a short-sale. Unfortunately, the house was vacant for almost 1 year. Brady tried to repair our old system but stated that it was better to replace it with a newer generation system. He was very competitive in his pricing and sold us the right size system for our home size and amount of water usage. The installation was flawless and he also removed and recycled our old system. We noticed a considerable difference in our water softness and the lack of water spots on shower doors, glasses, and dishes.

Our home warranty company initially said they would pay to supply a replacement system that was compatible with the old one. However, we thought it was sub-par and wouldn't be able to keep up with our water usage needs. Brady at Northland Water agreed. He contacted the home warranty company and negotiated a better system for us! We also decided to pay for a larger tank - again, based on our water usage. I am really impressed with the level of service, quality and professionalism delivered by Northland Water. Brady was on time every appointment, took his shoes off in our house, returned our phone calls promptly (even on the weekend), and provided a wealth of information to help us make an informed buying decision. I highly recommend Northland Water and will use them again, if necessary.

They contacted us within an hour, came out to our house to inspect our water softener the next day, and came back to install a new softener the following day. We were working through a home warranty, so we only had to pay a deductible and the haul-away fee for our old water softener.
