The service was good. They did a good job and I have no complaints.

Viking has cleaned out my sewers 2X"s per year for over 10 years. The last time they were here it was too wet to push the machine through my back yard because there was too much mud. They had to leave and come back a 2nd time. After they finished they charged me an extra $35.00 because it was a 2nd trip. I can understand that they wanted to cover gas expense for a 2nd trip, however, they should have let me know before the job instead of saying "that's what the boss made me do since I had to come out here twice."

The service was really good. The person who provided the service was very nice.

We have been pleased with the people they have sent out, and we have been pleased with the work they have done. They are clean, they are polite, and they are on time. They don’t give us a three hour window for when they are going to come, they call ahead and tell us that they are going to be here in thirty minutes, and they are here in that time. We appreciate that. They use polite language, and we have just been totally pleased with them. We have always found their pricing to be fair. They are super helpful, and they give us good hints on upkeep and everything else for later. We absolutely would use them again in the future, and if we needed that kind of work again, it would be them that we would call.

They were fine with their work. They did the job and it was good.

They got the job done very well. They had to reschedule to a different day because they had an urgent issue elsewhere. That was suitable for my needs but it was a delay of a couple of days. I had them out before though and there was no delay and they were right on time.

We have Viking clean our main line every year or so to remove roots growing into the main lines. It's easy to schedule time with them and they are pretty prompt. They do a nice job of cleaning up and being carful not to drag equipment across the floor or scratch anything. Their staff are proffessional and courteous.

Originally contacted a different company who referred us to Viking when they were unable to do the work. Plumber arrived soon after I spoke with the office. Was very unfriendly and crabby. Seemed to know what he was doing and had the drain unclogged within an hour. Left a mess from his dirty shoes and equipment for us to clean up.

HORRIBLE!!! The plumber was here about 3 hours (while I was trying to entertain company and serve dinner WITHOUT THE USE OF THE KITCHEN SINK). After the three hours, he gave up, presented us with the bill, and left. THE DRAIN WAS STILL TOTALLY BLOCKED!!!! What did I pay $250.00 for?!? The pleasure of his company?!?

Very pleased with the service. I have used them for many years.

THE BIGGEST PROBLEM I HAVE WITH THE WAY THIS WAS HANDLED IS THAT THERE WAS NO MENTION OF THE POSSIBILITY OF A BROKEN PIPE BEFORE THE WORK WAS DONE. I'M NOT CLAIMING THAT THE PIPE WAS IN PRISTINE CONDITION WHEN HE ARRIVED BECAUSE IT CLEARLY WAS NOT. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL, HOWEVER, TO KNOW ALL OF THE POSSIBLE RAMIFICATIONS OF THE DRAIN CLEANING BEFORE HE STARTED. FRANKLY, HE SEEMED RATHER RUSHED BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE PROCESS. I UNDERSTAND THAT ''TIME IS MONEY'', BUT A LITTLE MORE PATIENCE AND CONSIDERATION WOULD HAVE GONE A LONG WAY. AS I SAID, THE DRAIN WAS CLEAN AND THE PRICE WAS GOOD... MY RATING IS ENTIRELY FOR THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION BEFOREHAND, THE RUSHED FEELING OF THE JOB AND THE HANDLING OF THE LEAK SITUATION.

THEY WERE GREAT, GAVE AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE. HE USED A RUBBER MAT TO SIT HIS TOOLS ON. HE SOLVED THE PROBLEM. ANOTHER PLUMBER TOLD ME THE PROBLEM COULD NOT BE SOLVED.
