I received a quote of $199 over the phone - however the bill ended up being $159. Overall did a great job, showed up on time. All is working well - also great warranty on the spring.

Service man did a great job fixing our garage, used to get stuck so we would have to push button many times to get door all the way up or down. It works beautifully now. Only complaint was that at the end of appointmen he said he replaced a broken hinge and we owed him around $15-20 for repair. Would have been nice if he would have told us it was broken first, and then told us the cost of repair. We were more than happy to pay the additional expense. Just didn't seem very professional.

Scheduled me in as soon as they could, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Explained the problem clearly (broken spring) and gave me a sensible estimate of how much it will be to replace versus repair and for me to look it over and make a decision.

Excellent service. On time, very professional, good price. Didn't try to up-sell on me anything. Would definitely use them again!

This company was absolutely wonderful

I called that morning and they said they would have someone out between 3 - 5 PM. John contacted me before 3 PM and said he would be a there at 5:30 PM due to another job taking longer. This was no problem as I am a stay at home mom. John was very pleasant and explained the job prior to starting it. My garage doors work and also run much quieter with the new rollers.

This is my 2nd time using this company. Had done servicing / replacement on a previous house as well. These folks are prompt to answer phone. They have a same day service. They showed up on time, accepted Angies list coupon. Did the work well.

It closes much quieter now. It also used to stick every once in awhile, and that seems fixed too.

Jeremy and the guys did a great job, they were on time and professional. Price seemed a bit high but I wasn't able to compare to another company so maybe it's not.

I called around 10:00am. They said they could have someone at my house between 11:00am and 1:00pm. The technician arrived in that time frame, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Everything went well.

Spring broke Friday night. I called before I got out of bed early Saturday morning and the door was completed by 1:30. Mark did a great job and has the door opening even better than it did before the spring broke. If anything goes bad in the future, they will definitely be the first ones I will call.

Bought coupon for garage door tune on Angie's list. They responded right away on Monday. Came Tuesday around 9:00am. John was very nice. Lubricated where it was needed. Tightened all bolts and replaced where needed. Door sounds much better now.

I called looking for garage door panels. He informed me that I need to use the company that installed them as they would be cheaper than him ordering them from that company. I am new to this and that information helped me. I would use this company if needed in future if we need to replace all of our garage doors. Very impressed with The Garage Door Guy! Cable snapped on our garage door this morning. I talked to Dean at 7:30, he gave me a rough estimate, and had one of his guys here an hour later. The whole job was done by 9. He even oiled everything up and has our door running better than ever. Our final cost of $143 was completely reasonable, especially considering it was $27 less than the estimate. They are super professional and efficient, I would HIGHLY recommend the Garage Door Guy!

A great experience! My call was returned within 15 minutes, and I got a same-day appointment. I asked for the one broken spring to be replaced. When the professional got to my house, he called me and explained it is likely the second spring will break soon, and it would only cost $40.00 more to replace both springs. Instead of going for a bigger score and a second visit, my professional was looking out for me. I would use this company again in a second!

I called the Garage Door Guy this morning and the person at the office answered very quickly. The person helped me set up an appointment that same day. Jeremy, the technician showed up at the house on time and called me to let me know he was on the way and when to expect him. I thought that this was great to help me narrow down an exact time to be home. Jeremy was very polite and friendly. He fixed not only the tension cords that I called about, but also adjusted the door rails and the opener chain. Overall the work performed and the customer service that I experienced was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs garage work completed.

Called up at 1:30 pm this afternoon and left a voice message. They returned my call within 5 minutes and sent Kevin out to replace my spring. He showed up at 2:30 and had it completed by 3:00- great service and was very impressed how quickly they were able to come over and complete the repair. Garage Door Guy was terrific. They gave me a quote over the phone; the tech arrived on time and finished on time; he cleaned up all the old parts; he showed me how to reset the key code and provided advice on routine maintenance. The work included a new opener and replacing all of the rollers. All this was even more amazing because they did the work for less cost than a competitor quoted me for just replacing the gear in the old opener.
