Description of Work: Fixed a dryer vent that had come loose under a floor joist. Services were completed next day and in a half hour or so.

Description of Work: Company representatives were friendly, responsive, and explained situations very clearly, both when planning the system in our house and when a minor repair (covered under warranty) was made.

Description of Work: Had new furnace and AC installed. Offered best price for quality systems. Installers were prompt and courteous and took time to explain everything to me. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

Description of Work: Tonna was the HVAC and Plumbing sub on our new house build. The HVAC guys did ok. But the plumbing side were terrible. The reasons why they were terrible are listed below. 1.Consistently didn't show up. |2. Only came out for half of a day at a time, sometimes only 2 hours. |3.Because of 2. at least 5 different plumbers to pipe a one bedroom, one bath, one kitchen job--Far too many. |4. Forgot simple things like: reinstalling the dishwasher, rough plumb the waterline to the sink, and many more. |5. Bathtub facet still leaks when shower is engaged... Despite having told me twice that it was replaced. |

Description of Work: Replaced furnace. Unbelievable service. They even loaned us a electic heater while we waited for the install of our new one. Very professional and cleaned up so well after installation.

Description of Work: Tonna installed a new bathroom ventilation fan in advance of a major attic insulation job. I had need to find a contractor that could complete the job within a week. The bid was quickly provided and the work was completed a few days later. It was a good experience all around.

Description of Work: The worked they performed for me was OK, they solved the problem but it took them a couple of times and a couple of parts. The thing that made me very mad was when I was upstairs the repair gut stuck a bumper sticker on my furnance with the companies info on it. I told them to remove it and he said it was against company policy.

Description of Work: Replaced furnace. It took an entire day, but that was expected considering the enormity of the task. They used drop-cloths to protect flooring, but would have preferred cleaner drop-cloths. Flooring required a great deal of cleaning following their departure.

Description of Work: New Air Conditioner

Description of Work: Called Tonna for two reasons: 1) to make an appointment for preventive maintenance to our heating system and 2) to get an estimate for upgrading our 2 zone system from manual control to automatic control. I called at 9:30 this morning and was told an appointment was available for between 12 PM and 2 PM today! I took it! I was informed that a member of the sales team would contact me about the estimate, as this was outside of the technician's role. Within 30 minutes, I received a call from "Mike" who stated he could come to our house at the same time as the technician. I agreed. He actually arrived at noon (before the tech) and had completed his estimate just as the technician (Matt) arrived. Both were very courteous (they carried shoe covers which they slipped on at the door) and very professional, making sure they had answered all my questions before leaving. I will definitely use (and recommend) Tonna Mechanical again!

Description of Work: Tonna Mechanical installed Central Air in our Home through the Attic. We have radiant infloor heating, so, no duct work.. That means the Professional Technicians had to build ducts in our attic and fit all the extensions to each room Plus lift & install the unit in the attic. Many hours were spent in the hot attic, building & fitting pieces.They also, fabricated a sheet metal drain pan for the indoor fan coil to drain to the outside. They were careful to cover flooring while working. They had to cut the ceiling to insert AC vents and ceiling return air vents in the hall . They used tarps to cover other household items from all the sheetrock dust.. We have 19 new openings in our ceiling now. All the men were very professional and hardworking during a very hot spell. They started at 7 AM and would finish about 5 PM.It took them 3 day to complete the job in the time we agreed on.Necessary permits were obtained & the City Inspector was scheduled to view the job.The Inspector said, they did a very good job.( we already knew that). He signed off on the inspection meaning all was up to code.. Jeff, the lead Professional Technician with Tonna explained all that is needed to maintain the unit and how to winterize it. He also offered to come & help us do that this Fall.We now have the pleasure of enjoying cool comfortable Air in our home.From the salesperson;Jeff, to the actual Professional Technicians the work was First rate.I'd recommend them the anyone needing their serviceMany kudos to them for working so hard & diligently in the extreme heat.
