Skyler Foss did a great job fixing the problem with my furnace. Very friendly and courteous.

Everything was great. Dispatch called to let me know they were on the way, I like that. They were on time. They made sure to clean up after themselves, you wouldn't even know they were here.

It was good! It was late on a weekend and I'm happy that there was somebody on call and they were able to run it up again.

Tonna sent a professional to my home to install a Water Softener and a Reverse Osmosis Water System. Both are from Hellenbrand name. The staff, Clint, had advised us about the effectiveness of a Water Softener and a Reverse Osmosis Water System before we ordered the systems. Both installations worked as scheduled and after installation, the staff advised us how to use the system more effectively. The prices were reasonable. Would hire again. In fact, our Water Heater was also installed by Tonna.

Excellent. Every step of the procedures was explained to me (I was interested to know). Excellent service on HVAC systems.

Jamie gave us the good news and bad news. They also did a refrigerant charge on my old unit to get us by until they were able to install the new AC and furnace. Also caught the need for grounding of our gas line to bring it up to current building code.

Excellent in every way I can think of. Exceptional knowledge of what a customer will benefit from, patient--even with an unreasonable inspector, These are people you want to work with! Worthy of your trust when you're not sure yourself what you need or what's best for you. (I don't give many glowing reviews!)

It went very well. They started on schedule, dealt with minor problems quickly and finished about on schedule. They were polite, non-intrusive and cleaned up after themselves.

First visit (1/27/15): I had contacted Tonna to check the flame sensor on my furnace. the burner was cycling often. During the first visit the technician confirmed my suspicion that the flame sensor was bad. He also found that the drain for the exhaust fan was plugged and the burners were rusted (propane furnace). He cleaned out the drain. He also cleaned the flame sensor as best he could until he could come back with a new one. He was very careful cleaning the drain to make sure water didn't spill on any electronics. Second visit (1/29/15): The technician installed the new burners and the new flame sensor. The labor seemed a bit excessive since he had to make two trips.

Arrived at scheduled time. Very professional. Always on task. Cleaned up everything at end of job. Explained how everything worked. Will definitely use again.

Jamie did an excellent job of thoroughly inspecting all the components of the furnace system. He explained what he was doing and why. He gave me some do's and don'ts to ensure maximum and safe life from my furnace system. Overall he did a great job, efficiently.

Service professional was on-time and kept us informed about all he would be checking and the results. Very professional an courteous.

They planned a new system for me that meets my needs exactly. Communications were prompt and helpful. The price was noticeably below the other bidder. The installation was done quite well. The installer put in a tough 12.5 hour day so I would have a functioning system when he left. I am completely satisfied!

The work took most of the day, but was done and operating well at the end of the day. The job site was left in good condition. The installer went through all the components and the operqation of the systems before he left. It is amazing how quiet the new system is and all the new options on how we can run the system.

The technicians called to let me know they were coming and asked if they could show up a few minutes early! They were both courteous, professional, and explained the maintenance steps they were going to take. When a problem was found, they showed me the bad part and/or issue, took me through the options, and let me decide which path to take to resolve or just note and watch for now ... no pressure. They worked efficiently and effectively together and completed their work on time as estimated. Overall, a pleasant maintenance service experience.

The technician performed a furnace checkup. We'd purchased a house that had been a rental property so wanted to make sure that the furnace was in good working order. The tech. checked for gas leaks, and tested to make sure the blower was working and that no parts were malfunctioning. He also gave me an idea of how old the furnace was and whether or not it was showing wear and tear. He was very thorough and polite. I sort of hovered nearby because I wanted to see what he was checking and why, and he was patient in answering my questions.

They fired someone who I thought was a really good so I don't use them anymore

Radon level dropped from 8.0 to 0.8 with 4.0 or above being high. They arrived on time and completed the job in around 4 hours.

The Tonna team installed a new central air unit and furnace. The estimate was very detailed, and the job was completed exactly as described. I specifically waited several months to post this review to assure that everything worked well through the winter months. Everything has been excellent. The bid was received on 8/21/13, and the work was completed in one day, 8/22/13. I would not hesitate to refer Tonna Mechanical, they were extremely professional, thorough and easy to work with. Tonna Mechanical also installed a humidifier on my new furnace a couple months later and it has worked flawlessly.

Made several trips to make sure we got it working. They did a good job. Everything works fine. I would recommend them to anyone.

Tonna was in transition and moving away from doing commercial work. Our project got caught in this transition which resulted in delays and some miscommunication. In the end, we were very happy with the work performed and the pricing, but it caused stress along the way.

We have been extremely happy with anything they’ve ever done for us. They’re always here when say they are going to be here. They clean up well after themselves. Our utility room is a very tight space and they did a really great job making the units work within that space and explained to us what would work best. They were very good about this. Another reason we went with Tonna Mechanical is we had called a different company who never came out; Tonna Mechanical came right out. We did have one issue after the installation due to an issue with the manufacturer, and they came out right away to take care of it. Their prices are in-line other companies. We would and have recommended their service to others.
