Description of Work: The tech arrived on time and was so polite and respectful ! He explained how the carpet cleaning system worked and we discussed some of the cleaning issues I had. I had several pet stains. The tech went right to work and worked fast and was a very hard worker. He did the carpets in all of my rooms, including the stairs. Carpet looked brand new ! Excellent service over all! Will hire again!

Description of Work: They were not professional. They were late and never called. They said they could remove the stains and carpet did not look any different. Came back 10 days even though were called 2 days after 1st cleaning. Showed up late again- never called. Sprayed. Some cleaner on spots and left. Carpet looks still the same
