 + -1 moreThe quality of work was so bad that I went out immediately and bought a Hoover Turbo Scrub home carpet cleaner at Home Depot for $98. I used the full tank (one gallon) of cleaning solution to re-clean a 4 x 10 foot area of one room that I felt looked particularly dirty and the water ended up black! All they do with this company is spray some solution lightly on your floor and go over it with a vacuum/extractor that they never empty! I watched him and he never emptied the equipment once! What a sham. I will be doing all my carpets myself from now on and stopping payment on my check to these guys. Oh! Another odd thing was that the technician arrived in his own vehicle with no identification on the vehicle....It's like all it takes to own this franchise is the money to buy a small piece of equipment. I chose to hire this service because of the A rating on Angies List. Don't really understand that one.
Description of Work: Hired to clean seven rooms of carpet, two sets of stairs, two hallways and two area rugs.

Description of Work: I do not remember the date ---- it would have been during the summer months. The cost was very acceptable --- coupon brought price down. Had them clean 3 rooms and a hallway. They do not move large furniture...(that's in their ad) but the young man who was here last did move recliners and D.R. table.

Description of Work: They cleaned carpet in DR, hallway and TV room. Have used them 2x..... sorry, do not remember dates --- 1st time probably 18 mos. ago. They tell you that they do not lift or move heavy furniture. We moved DR chairs onto the deck. 1st time: carpet was cleaned -- provider only lifted small table in LR --- but that was as expected. 2nd time: Young man who brought what appeared to be a new product that he shook on carpet. Like magic: wine stains that had been here for years disappeared. He also actually moved 2 recliners in the TV room. Will be calling them again ... coupons always in SHOP magazine.

 + -1 moreThe young man was courteous and polite and cleaned our carpet. However, we are now left with several oil stains on our driveway in the area in which he parked his car. Now we have an extra job to tackle. I'm certain this is not the way you wanted to leave a "lasting impression." Perhaps he should have his car fixed or park on the street for other customers.

He had us show him any stained areas and any other areas that might need extra attention. He went to work cleaning and was done in about an hour. The carpet dried in about 1-2 hours and looks brand new. Great service!

 + -1 morePolite young man arrived on time. Checked out the 3 areas that he would be cleaning. Got right to work .. Finished w/in an hour. Carpet was spotless , in spite of there having been some bad stains due to spills and traffic. Dried w/in 3 hours. Also, they do not drag in hoses from the driveway. Their equipment is self contained and certainly did the job. Satisfied with results.

 + -1 moreBlake was very punctual and professional. He listened to my concerns with regard to some bad stains on our carpet and he was able to remove those stains. The carpet looks great and we are very pleased. Blake offered to come back if any stains showed up after the carpet dried. I did call him a week later to explain two stains that showed up in the bedroom. He called me back, came the same day- and removed the stains. He even offered to come back if need be. What great customer service, thank you Blake!

 + -1 moreThe technician was extremely friendly and patient with my children, who were (of course) all over the place. He seemed to take great care in cleaning the carpets. The job was done efficiently and quickly, and, as other reviewers confirmed, the carpets did dry in about 1-2 hours as promised. My only complaint would be that some of the "set-in" stains were not completely removed. I had a couple of coffee stains that I thought would be gone that are still quite visible. I also paid extra for the "spot treatment," which made it a bit more disappointing (perhaps because I had high hopes). All in all, I would say that this is a solid company and would recommend to others.

 + -1 moreAdam was here on time and started to work right away after looking around to determine areas to pre-treat. The end results were great and carpet looked so good. Second time we have used them and we were just as happy as before. They use a special unit that uses less water so the carpet dries much faster. No hoses dragged through the house. Job well done.

 + -1 moreI would say that we got our $$'s worth. I do question whether this method cleans as well "down deep" as the traditional machines.......but as of now, the stains are gone and the carpet appears clean. Will use them again.
Description of Work: The reason that I called OXI FRESH was that I had a coupon, the price was right and they advertise "green carpet cleaning". . I called the phone # on a Friday, and was set up for a Monday appt. I was told that they do not move large furniture .... pianos, china cabinets, etc. WE moved chairs, small tables, lamps, etc. out onto the deck ahead of time. MIKE arrived on time ..... very pleasant ..... came in and sprayed all of the carpet to be cleaned ---- LR, DR, small den, small BR and hallway. They advertise a " powerful oxygenated cleaning system that breaks down stains so that they can be effectively removed from the carpet pile." After the spray, Mike used a machine which was supposed to bring up the dirt. He was done in approx. 90 minutes. We were not to walk on the carpet for 1-2 hrs. Mike did not move recliners, end tables, stereo speakers. He did move a coffee table at my request. The next week, we noticed a large spot that was "coming up" to the top of the carpet. We called ---- that afternoon, Mike came back and cleaned up that spot.
