Description of Work: I bring my vehicles in for all maintenance to Joe's. Just had an oil change and brakes cleaned to stop an annoying squeal. The guys at Joe's have always been pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: My husband's car was left in the parking ramp for 4 days. When he came back from the conference, he could not started the car. So we left the car there and next day I found Joe's auto care here. They took care of everything. It was a smooth and happy experience. They also gave us education about the snow tires and keep us in updated about their work by email while we were traveling. I also called the Toyota dealer for the repair cost. Joe's price is just a little bit lower than Toyota. Maybe because our project is not very big, so there is little space for profit. Since we request them to tower our car we decided let them finish the work. Compared with Toyota, they are a local company. They are more flexible. Most important, their tax will return to local. In the future, I would still considering using them.
