Scheduled an appointment, they were ready to go when I got there. Had all parts to do the work on my car. Satisfied with the work they did and the price. Offered to give me a ride but I declined. Clean waiting area, wifi and a good cup of coffee while you wait. Overall a good experience.

Went very well- they got me in right away, and completed the work in one afternoon.

They were friendly and responsive on the phone call and gave me a good time estimate. They called as requested when they were on their way. Quick, professional, friendly service and gave advice to stop by for free battery check to ensure battery was not in need of charge or replacement. Great Job!

Great! Joe's is very prompt and professional. Called on a Tuesday, brought the car in on Wednesday morning, done by close of business that day. Reasonable price and responsive folks.

They were very responsive and got me in quickly. They also did what I needed done well and then talked to me about a couple things that needed fixing, like a brake light that I hadn't noticed was out. They didn't suggest anything that the car doesn't actually need and we very friendly and professional. As a woman who really doesn't know a lot about cars, I didn't feel at all pushed around, talked down to or taken advantage of. I'll be back!

Overall, I rate this service provider as "good". It's not that they won't be able to provide excellent service, but that I only had contact with them once. I don't have enough experience with them to give a full report. I moved to within a 1/2 hour's drive from Rochester in 2012 and was looking for a new mechanic close to my new location. Joe's Auto Care has two locations in Rochester. I picked one, and was able to get my car seen and services fairly quickly. They have a computerized scheduling / notification system, and you can schedule service or get reminders by e-mail or text if you like, so that's pretty neat if you need a reminder to take care of your car, or need to make an appointment outside of normal office hours. As far as what I had done and cost, it's about what I expected, and I don't notice much of a difference, but suspension is something you want in top working order due to safety. I've not required any major maintenance since that time, but I will certainly keep them in mind when I do.

Fixed car for reasonable price.

I just kind of trust them. I think, they know what they're doing, and they're reasonably priced than anybody else.

Price seems high, and engine blew after all the work was completed. I do not know if it related, but this happened on two vehicles that they worked on.

After getting what I consider overly aggressive service suggestions from the local Toyota dealer (after using them for 15 years) I am trying Joe's Auto Care. So far after three visits with two Toyota Avalons they have been pretty good. I had an oil change and the transmission fluid system flushed. Oil change cost was a bit more $5-10 than the dealer's. They suggested the cabin air filter change, which is a standard dealer tactic, but I cannot blame them for asking. They mentioned I ought to b aware rear brake shoes were getting worn and would need attention. They also suggested timing belt and water pump change outs which are VERY high dollar repairs. I am not sure if I had that done on this car yet. They may have been able to tell from looking under the hood that it has not been done, but they did not say that they could tell after I told them I would have to check my service history first. Summary - too early to tell but things are fairly good this early in our relationship.

They have always been very courteous. They have always been prompt. Their prices have always been reasonable. It seems that their diagnostics have always been accurate.

oil change was fine, brake fluid was a sell job from service technician.

We've been taking our cars to them for 7 years now and they've done a really good job with diagnostics and getting it fixed the first time. The price is always reasonable and they do a good job of explaining it and giving you options. If there are multiple things wrong they will tell you what is priority. We just trust them.
