Joe took a look and told me it was a simple fix. He provided me helpful information to make sure I didn't encounter he same problems the future. Total time spent was approximately 25 minutes.

This was the second time I've used this plumber. Again, A++ service. He's like having that honest neighborhood plumber from the 1950's. What a gem.

They came and finished a job that Action Plumbing Heating AC had abandoned, very professional.

Joe is amazing and very honest!!! It's Monday morning and the hot water heater isn't working... we are new to the area and don't know much about the house we just purchased. I called Joe after reading his reviews and he is just as promised. Not very talkative but straight to the point. We had two options to fix the hot water heater or to change it. I asked him for his opinion on which way to go. He said the hot water heater was functioning just fine so he would just change the broken part and get it working again. I also asked him to cap off a gas line to the dryer so that we can install the new electrical dryer and he didn't even charge me for it. He just said, "it didn't take anything to do it, don't worry about it"!!! The work area was left clean and the old part neatly packed. Joe is a pleasure to work with and very fast!!! I will definitely call Joe again for any needs we might have!

He returned my call promptly, arrived on time and I'm now leak free. He was also siupposed to replace my garbage disposal but within 30 seconds showed me that there was a reset button that got it started again. So not only good at his work but honest, too. Great job!

Fixed as said he would, worked when tested. No issues. Prompt service, as quoted.

I use him because he's the only one that calls me back right away. He has also worked for me about four years ago when I remodeled the bathroom. He did all the plumbing work and when my brother bought his house last November, he did new water heaters. He has done water softeners and redid a lot of plumbing in my brother's house. He is very reasonable in pricing. He has helped me out on short notice if I have emergency situations or if we're trying to close a property. He'd fit it in. He has been very professional. He's excellent. He is phenomenal and you know you can count on him.

I had two small jobs that needed doing. Joe arrived within the time frame given and completed both jobs in just under one hour. He had the needed parts with him so he didn't need to run off to get them. He was very professional and focused on his work. Very polite but not chatty (which I prefer). He is the only plumber I will call in the future.

Everything went well on both visits.

Joe is a great plumber, he does more than asked, he is considerate and patient. We have a lot of work to do, and I call him back often "Can you cap off such and so?" "Can you replumb such and so, temporarily?" He plays well with others. Quite a few contractors in other fields know him and want to work with him. I am beginning a new project, and before I told the carpenter I wanted Mr Cozik the carpenter asked if I would have Joe do the plumbing part. You can trust him to do the work well, but he will go beyond, make excellent suggestions, notice and repair something that would have caused damage, and be done before you know he has started.

I couldn't believe how easily he got the old one out and the new one in. When he was here before he worked on my water heater, and did an excellent job as well.

He's priced very good and the quality is very good. We've had him for at least 3 projects.

Joe was very neat and cleaned up all of the debris left over from the addition of the new gas regulator added just before my Rinnai Gas Tankless Water Heater. Everything seems to be working A-OK now.

Excellent service. They worked us into the schedule very quickly. Service was on time and courteous.

He was very friendly. He would come out soon after I use to call him. He came about three times to fix the clogs in the garbage disposal before we finally replaced it. So that gave me a lingering impression about him.

It seemed like all was fine until we started noticing that one of our sinks was pulling away from the wall, it wasn't installed properly. The second sink FELL off the wall completely! The toilet was not even attached to the floor! It wobbles on the floor when you sit on it! They left a complete mess in the basement, a mess of DRIED SEWAGE, for us to clean up. They used our NEW expensive wash machine for a step-stool and dented it on top, we found that after they left. A nice indentation of one of their footprints is still there. They are very unprofessional and hope that you don't notice their messes and mistakes until you pay. DO NOT USE.
