Chris was very easy to contact and continued to communicate up to the installation date. Once he came, he was on time and the whole thing went smoothly. Additionally, I was thrilled by the affordable charge for his work. I would recommend Chris and Cozik Plumbing to anyone looking for plumbing services!

The plumber I usually use wanted $2,600 for this job, using Cozick plumber saved me saved $600. I won't do any plumbing work in the future without checking with them first. He even laid tarps throughout the house as to not make any mess when carrying out the old water heater.

Excellent work. He was there when he said he would be and charged what he said he would.

It went well for the most part. We did have a small leak in the shower cartridge but they told me how to stop it until they could get there to fix it. I have total confidence in Chris the owner but some of his plumbers are not as careful, thorough, or professional. We have used Chris at many of our properties and I would definitely use him again.

very fast, clean and not too expensive

It went great! The plumbing on the house was old with an older dishwasher. Newer dishwasher was slightly larger and needed to fit differently. Last dishwasher install didn't hold to the granite counter. He affixed to the sides to keep it from tipping forward. Did the extra work to make the plumbing work and fixed a leaking pipe that we didn't know about. Quality and professional. Thanks!

All in all it went great! I did my own selection of the new unit- we wanted a deep tub, and it was time consuming to find one that was the right size, spec that we liked. Chris was easy to work with- very flexible, and professional- good communication. This is the second time I've hired Cozik, and I think I've found my permanent plumber. Just excellent all around!

He showed up, completed the job and sent me the bill with exactly what he had quoted. Couldn't be any easier.

Arrived on time, immediately went to work and looking at my problems. Chris was extremely skilled and really knew his business. The repairs were made very quickly, and with minimal mess. The repairs were less expensive than I anticipated, and I was really impressed with the whole experience. I will call Cosik again when I need a plumber.

Chris came out to replace kitchen faucet the day after I called him. He had the old one out and the new one in within 30 minutes.

Their prices were really reasonable for the work done. We had an excellent experience with them. It wasn't super personable, but it was very quick and professional. I watched what he was doing because I was interested in what he was doing and he was very quick and thorough. He was probably in and out within a half hour. He told me what he was going to do and he did it. It was pretty straightforward. He did the work well and we haven't had any issues with it since then.

They did a good job. It was done when I got home and it was clean.

Our kitchen sink would not drain at all. We live in a house built in 1925 so plumbing issues aren't unusual, but this is the first time the drain was completely stopped. The plumber was punctual and professional. He spent more than one hour snaking the drain and basement pipe and was finally able to get the sink to drain freely. The charge of only $95.00 seemed extremely reasonable.

They seemed to have high grade integrity. They were very focused on quality and customer service. They actually didn't charge me anything.

Chris Cozik and team are honest, hard-working, responsive plumbers. During a very hectic home renovation with hundreds of projects and priorities, it was reassuring to have Chris and the Cozik team to count on. When other contractors tried to take advantage of us and gouge us on pricing, Chris and his team remained reputable and did not get caught up in the drama. When we were trying to find a plumber to do the work (which included installation of non-standard fixtures from Europe), other plumbers were not up to the challenge...but the Cozik team approached it as a learning opportunity. Although we had some trouble with a few of the fixtures, Chris and team persevered and worked with us until the work was complete. We will continue to recommend Cozik Plumbing to others, and we trust them to help us with any future plumbing needs at our house.

From the start, I would say the behavior or the service provider was unprofessional. He didn't make eye contact, or say more than a few words when he walked into the house and just went straight to the bathroom without much interaction or response when we were telling him about our plumbing issue, which was very awkward. Then, he attempted to fix the dripping faucet; left for a day to get a part; returned the following day with the part; installed it, and the next day I went to get something out from under then sink and there was standing water in the vanity cabinet. This should have been a very simple repair, which instead ended up costing almost $200, and, had I not caught the leak that significant leak that the repair man actually caused/left behind we would have had a much bigger water problem/damage on our hands. Not to mention, when I called him to inform him of the leak that was now under the sink and pooling, he came back, didn't say two words to us (an apology would have been the least I would have expected, much less a credit for the additional damage to the vanity that he caused). He just walked in, went straight to the bathroom, did who knows what, and walked out. We have no idea what he did because there was absolutely no communication. He was so incredibly not personable and unprofessional. I am just so angry that a plumber actually caused a major leak and water damage (that, thankfully was caught within 24 hours) and then had not even an apology for the damage he caused. In the end, the faucet ended up leaking in other places (from both handles) within days of the supposed repair, and I ended up having the entire faucet and drain replaced by another plumber. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.

He was on time, he was very polite and professional. He was efficient and cleaned up after himself and although it was a small job, his service exceeded my expectations in quality and price. I highly recommend him and would definately use his services again. Thank you so much Mr. Cozik!

Very responsive - called us back same day and fit us in over lunch hour the next day. Was very professional; explained what he was doing but didn't chat too much. Very efficient. Had part in truck; fair prices. Walked my husband through some things so we wouldn't run into same issues in the future. Seemed to really know his stuff; will definitely use again if we need a plumber.

He is always prompt and courteous, a fast and efficient worker. We've been very pleased, and will continue to call him when we need plumbing work.

Joe was very friendly and efficient. Got right to it. We looked at the various projects i had in mind, and he gave me some suggestions that would get me closer to the outcome I wanted, rather than just giving me a price for the work I thought I needed. I had planned to talk to a couple of other plumbers and get their input as well but other repairs took priority so I will need to restart the process later on when more funds come available in the home maintenance budget. I will definitely have Joe back out for the next round though.

I called Joe up and 15 minutes later he was at my house. You can tell Joe is a hard worker and knows his stuff (I think he told me he had been plumbing for 42 years. He worked for his dad and then took over the business from him). We started with a clogged drain pipe. I had tried to use a plunger the day before but water started seeping out of the bottom of the toilet (time to call a professional). Joe first used a small snake down the toilet but nothing happened. He then took the toilet off (very quickly) and went for the industrialize snake. He had to go about 30 feet down to get to the clog. Once that was clear (don't know what was clogging the pipe), he put the toilet back in with a new wax ring. He also noticed that the toliet filled extremely slow so he looked at the back fill mechanism to see if it was clogged and then took out the flow regulator from the line. The toliet fills a lot faster now. He also explained things as he was looking or fixing something. He could tell which parts were older and explained what they do with the new parts. Since I had him there, I had him looked at my other bathroom shower. It too was leaking for some reason. Joe said that usually it was the drain so he took that out and recaulked it. He then took off the faucet handle and back plate and saw that the water line was going over the opening. He said the newer fixtures have a hole at the bottom of the back plate to let the water drain out. He went down to his truck and created a little hole had the bottom of the back plate so water could drain out. I'm pretty sure that will fix the problem. Bottom line, I really liked Joe and would hire him again. By the way, I did not know which plumber to choose and used Angie's list to pick Joe.

I contacted Joe's office number and he called me that afternoon. He came out the very next day and charged me exactly what he told me on the phone. I have used another larger company plumber in the past and for what was done it would have cost me at least twice what Joe charged. Very professional, right on time and very nice. I was not aware he did not accept credit cards (oops) but he took the card anyway and said he would have his son process it. Thank you!

Joe is a-mazing, I would never use any other plumber! We needed to get the water heaters replaced before I left on a trip next week and he was able to fit us in in a couple days. By himself he did the entire job in 2 hours! He also moved our salt tank to the empty spot next to the new water heater so that we'd have more space. Can't say enough good things about Joe, highly recommended!
