Description of Work: Showed up 5 minutes ahead of appointment time and went straight to work replacing a kitchen faucet fixture. He completed the job in around 30 minutes. Courteous, professional, and fast. We would us their services again.

Description of Work: Joe installed our gas dryer for us. We had previously had an electric dryer, but wanted to switch to gas. Joe ran flexible gas line from our main gas line to the dryer location, tested everything, and even hooked up the dryer (which I was expecting to have to do myself). | |He was very quick but thorough. I would definately have Joe work on future projects!

Description of Work: Called Joe Cozik on Friday, October 5. Told him about the work I wanted done and when I mentioned I lived out of Rochester, he said he would need to check who he had available and would get back to me. Hadn't heard anything so called back again on Tuesday, October 9. Returned my call Wednesday morning, October 10. He said since I live 25 miles from Rochester, he didn't want to "waste" an hour giving me a free estimate. Explained what I wanted done over the phone, he gave me an estimate. I said I would like the work done. He said he would check to see who he had available and would get back to me. That was two weeks ago and I have not heard anything from him. I would have had no problem if he would have told me straight out that he didn't want to do it. I do have a problem with him saying he will get back to me and not doing it.
