Four man crew showed up and started with a review of work order and expectations (basement water drainage system)Quickly organized plan of work and promptly Started in a systematic way and accepted assistance from home owner. The crew was efficient and friendly. On the third day an additional crew of two men arrived to install Radon mitigation system. Electrical guy arrived to install outlet on outside of home and helped complete the radon system. Completed job quickly and cleaned up. Appreciated the review of planned work and customized it to our home. The crew leader listened and made appropriate adjustments. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

Our project was actually a crawlspace encapsulation. We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawlspace with bare block masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp batt insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation (a nasty job!), laid down a 2 layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality, much warmer floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not any more! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!!

Great workmanship in a short period of time!

The service was for Radon Mitigation in our home that had higher than acceptable Radon levels. The work was professionally done, and care was taken to protect carpeting etc during their work. The crew updated us home owners as they did their work and asked permissions for needed modifications to the house. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality workmanship, congenial communication and moderate pricing.

Hard working, professional, kept me appraised of progress, problems, and solutions. They were here for 10 hrs and worked through the dark and a storm to finish the job. Left the job site clean.

We chose American Waterworks to complete the PolyLevel process on our concrete Gazebo floor. The floor had subdivided into multiple sections and heights. We appreciate American Waterworks' professionalism and workmanship!!

I hired American Waterworks to help remove water from my basement... After they came, the crew broke a pipe that caused MORE water than we EVER had in our basement before to flood our basement. When I called American Water Works, they tried giving EVERY excuse they could to deny culpability for the flooded basement. Even the general MANAGER told me it **was not their problem**. I would give American Waterworks as **ZERO** rating if this allowed it. I have never been more disappointed in service or project than I was with American Water Works... DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Josh Schultz did an amazing job working around my schedule to help me solve my sump pump issues. He was able to direct me to the exact sump pump system that was perfect for my situation. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and did not try to up sell me into more than what I needed. He communicated with the city to make sure my new sump pump system was current with city code and laws. The installation crew did a fabulous job and had the new sump pump system installed very quickly. Thank you American Waterworks!
