Everything went well and the basement has no more water intrusion.

Gabriel was the project manager and was very good at explaiing everything and checking with me to make sure I was pleased with the work being done in my basement. They started on Monday and was all finished on Friday. Very pleased with the completed work.

Quick and good work

We only needed our fan replaced because it started to make a lot of noise after 10 years. It also was not creating as much pressure. The technician was great. He called ahead of time because he was going to arrive earlier than expected. Before he started he visually checked our system. He gave me a price for the fan and labor. I accepted and he went to work. The whole process took approximately 1.5 hours.

Their design pro, Dylan, knew more than the three reps I spoke to previously put together. I have an old house with a basement in bad shape. One other company I spoke to had a plan that I didn't like; the two others just said they could not fix it. American Waterworks has a system that made sense to me, and was less expensive. They are working on it right now, and have been great! Prompt, courteous, hard-working, and estimating they will be done a day early.

They did great. The entire surface was level and free from tripping hazards. It is important to have them seal the cracks because there will be water from snow melt and the concrete will move. This will get you the 5 yr warrantee just in case.
