Used American Waterworks to lift and level a front sidewalk that had settled over time. Company was very responsive as I worked through the planning and quoting process, and the price was better than 2 other companies. Appointment window was communicated in advance and they showed up right on time, did a quick and thorough job, and left the work site clean after. Recommend!

Workers were on time and respectful. Work to be done was discussed prior to work initiation, and work completed was reviewed. This work was done to address an issue with a previous project. Everyone in the company from top to bottom was helpful in addressing my concerns

This is 2nd project I had American waterworks help me with. First was basement wall stabilizing, this one sidewalk leveling. Both crews were well knowledgeable, kind, explained procedures. Very happy with this company!

So pleased with results, also information provided when we first contacted was great and project proceeded swiftly and as described.

We were in the investigative stage of the process. They insisted they come out and traveled at least an hour in a snow storm. The sales process and installation was great. However, the sales person put some pressure on by putting a expiring deal on the table "as soon as he walks out the door". We didn't feel comfortable with proceeding but we couldn't afford to say no either- it was literally a gamble. So we ended up doing it. I never got any other quotes so I'm not sure how affordable it was, but we're satisfied.
