I had a remarkable experience from start to finish! The office staff was extremely helpful start to finish, my design specialist was able to inspect my problems and come up with a solution, and the installation crew was hard working and top-notch! Thank you!

Germaine and his crew are quick, professional and clean. We requested Germaine's crew for another project we are planning. Eric H. is knowledgeable and flexible, as we needed to modify our plan to fit our needs.

Quoting was fair and easy. There was a bit of a mix up between the quote and the person's doing the work, but was resolved fairly quickly the work was done just as quickly. Our concrete was raised noticeably and our issue resolved at the time of the work. They have a great warranty, which should be considered with every job in my opinion, it's a fair price for peace of mind! Would use again and have already pass along a referral!

Fine work, professional and on time

I had a terrible experience with this company. While the representative with quick to get me quotes and upsell, when they changed aspects of the job they did not consult me. They changed the insulation, they moved my washer and now it doesnt fit where they placed the beam, and they cut through a joist to get the beam up, which the inspector did not like at all. I was there when the inspector told them to fix the joists and questions the specs for installing the beam, but they didnt have them. They told them the inspector they would make the changes and send pictures which they have not done, and the permit is still open. I do not trust them to complete a job and will not call them again.

I hired American Waterworks for crawl space encapsulation in my home. I highly recommend this company, they are top-notch, professional, courteous, kept the work area clean. Shane is a representative with the company and helped me through this crawl space encapsulation process, he made sure I understood everything, what the job entailed from start to finish. Then I met with the job foreman on installation day, the installation crew were professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job (my crawl space looked like the pictures in the book they sent me). The crew worked hard to get the job done and finished the job ahead of time. After the job was completed, Shane followed up with me to make sure I was happy with job and if had any follow-up question. This company does a lot of work with crawl spaces, basements, and their teams are very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate using American Waterworks.

The estimate took 3 hrs which I found annoying. I felt like they were the best company to go with. The work they did was great. They kept in touch throughout the process and they were very professional.

On time great work

Really pleased with the project.

The crew was great. Respectful, courteous and hard working, worked on my home for 5 days, sometimes without lunch breaks in the bitter cold. They raised my home and I am very pleased with the results.

They have not done the work yet but there customer service is great! They answered all of my questions, gave me advice and walked me through the entire process.
