They did not fully screw in the microwave oven. Also did not position my oven correctly. I had to hire another pro to take out the oven and reinstall

After weeks and weeks of searching for someone to install my double oven they accepted the job. Everyone else acted like they were scared. Most said they never installed a double oven before. They did an excellent job. Thanks.

Paid 50% extra ($90) to have wires hidden in the wall only to be told by the technician that it would cost an additional 150 to get the power cable hidden. Bad business practice.

Scheduled an appointment with GeekSquad. Provider selected to do service called to confirm the night before, but never showed up or called. Contacted BestBuy and they were unable to get ahold of the provider and their office closed at 3:00. The service window was from 12-3. Not unhappy directly with BestBuy, but we had scheduled this a week in advance. Very disappointed!
