I needed that are cables to be returned related. In three hours this guy was only able to terminate 10 cables. The sad part is Home Advisor me to pay even more to have the job completed.

The worker was very friendly but after 2 weeks my networked computers stopped being able to see each other and I didnt change anything. And I dont know how to contact them to see if it is warrantied work

There was a lot of communication regarding the project which took the guess work out of the experience. I was contacted by phone once my project was confirmed and a date was scheduled immediately. On the day of the project I was contacted by phone to narrow down my appointment window. The guys were thorough, efficient and respectful of my home. Everything worked wonderfully and we re very happy with the results. I would definitely hire them again.

Took 7 hrs and owner came to finalize install

I hired the Geek squad specifically to reinstall my Savant theater system. I always mentioned Savant on every call. Finally after 4 weeks and multiple appointments I was told they do not do Savant but another division did. I ended up doing it myself and saved hundreds of dollars the other division would have charged me.
