Quick service and quality technicians.

The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got right to work after talking to us about how we wanted things. They cleaned up nicely after they were done. Later on I pushed a wrong button. I called them right away and was told exactly how to fix it. (They left a business card). No complaints at all.

Professional and knowledgeable. Called the day prior to confirm a time and arrived at that time. Explained and demonstrated how the full-motion mount worked and also showed how to level it when returned flush against the wall.

Ronnie was efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant and cleaned up all the mess. Easy to recommend this professional.

They did a good job but need work on their personal appearance. Comb their hair. No company ID or shirt. Non professional looking. I was afraid to let them in at first. Saw logo on truck.

Best Buy had the best price and they were very professional during the installation. I didn’t have all the needed equipment to install the gas range and the installer was nice enough to stop by the store and get it for me and didn’t charge me for the time, just for the part. Will use them again in the future now that I know they do installations outside of Best Buy products.

Installation was expertly done with only a minor inconvenience (water spill that I had to clean up) Scheduling was an issue. At Best Buy during the purchase, I arranged what I thought was a 12pm to 4pm installation time. My confirmation email stated 8am to 12pm installation timing. I immediately went back to Best Buy and changed the timing. I received confirmation. Over the weekend, I received an email from the installers with the wrong installation timing. I called them and was told they couldn’t change the timing - despite what my email from Best Buy said. My wife and I had to rearrange our schedules to accommodate them. The issue was the cooperation and coordination between the store and installation contractor. Point of note!

I bought the disposal from Home Depot and Best Buy installed it. Overall I was happy, it was a bit expensive but at least I knew they'd show up and do the job.
