The two guys were great. By ended up doing two TVs for me - for additions price but I did not have to make another appt. They also answered several questions about another tv. Looks great and very happy with price.

These are not computer qualified experts. They take money from people under the premise of being experts and perform the laziest approach to resolving your issue and quit when itÂ’s not simple. Unacceptable.

I did not get a call back from any of the pros from Home advisors recommended. I went to Best Buy, purchased my products and the total tech plan—that’s how I got them to install my items not by Home advisors. Not pleased with this category—I did get my lawn cut through Home advisors.

The work and workmen were excellent, but the experience with getting an appointment was awful due to a very poor voice mail block, and some agents steering me in the wrong way...again not a problem with the timeliness or work once appointment was made. this appointment problem the reason for low customer service mark!
