The so-called installers were supposed to stack a washer and dryer and install them. I provided the correct stacking kit, which they did not use to properly secure the dryer on top of the washer, and they also failed to secure the vent hose to the dryer. I was also made to pay for an electrical cord that I didn't need, and the installers used the old one, and didn't leave the new one. Total rip off!!!

While I thot the Geek Squad did a great job overall, I do find their fees a tad on the high side. However, getting it done right the first time an having their work guaranteed is the most important thing

This is first time Best Buy got a low rating from me. I had Best Buy change Spectrum cable back to Version cable. I never canceled Version so only cables had to be changed back to Version. This was done but all the additional cables were left, leaving a mess of cables behind the tv. He disconnected the landline phone in the box in the basement, this is my only phone. I'm handicapped & use oxygen & I had no phone service now. I notified Best Buy Geek Squad on their website, since I couldn't call. I chatted with Fatima online, she stated she could not do anything that I would have to wait, they could not get anyone to me the same day. My neighbor came over later on that day & he fixed my phone but I still have a mess of cables behind the tv. I would like to say the person from Best Buy was very nice but I don't think he was an experienced person needed for this job.

A few bumps in the road at first scheduling and installation. The call center needs to be trained to be on the same page as the installers. But in the end it all worked out and we were very pleased with the TV mounting results. Looks very neat and clean. Our installer was also very knowledgeable and professional.
