Be prepared to spend a lot of time on the phone, they're very thoroughly. They also accept recalls, they did have some things that were not resolved but I was able to call and get the recall on them.

He was very professional and polite. I certainly would hire him again.

Couldn't be more helpful

1) Gas Dryer was properly installed at a 45 degree angle and technician would not extend the vent to allow the dryer to sit properly. 2) Technician had difficulty moving the dryer from the garage to the utility room and I had to assist to make the move. He could not move the dryer to the raised area at the front of the garage and said he could not do the install. So I showed him how to move the dryer up onto the raised area and had to show him how to go through the door into the house. He did NOT clean up the mess he made.
