Although they damaged my power port during repair, they ended up giving me a new computer of comparable value. Was not able to make appointments through national phone number or web site, but got a local phone number and extension to get through to local service desk.

The response of the customer service was phenomenal they were quick easy to get to communicate with and I would recommend them to my friends

Wow .. Christopher and Sara arrived exactly on time as promised, were fully knowledgeable of the task at hand, did their thing and I was fully impressed and pleased. However, and on the down side (with no criticism directed at the dynamic duel), one of my DVDs is without sound with a sparkling crisp picture. I'm not sure what the issue is but suspect it has something to do with the international DVD hardware synced with the Samsung TV. I will continue to try and work out this flaw, but may have to give these guys a call and see if the problem can be resolved over the phone! I'm overwhelmed with the great service and professionalism of the "Geek Squad" that provided the service!
